Pros:

Staff was friendly, pick up was fast

Cons:

Received car with a dent Received car with chip on drivers side of windshield, obstructing view a little Outside of car was dirty Inside of car were noticeable scratches and missed dirty spots. Detail cleaning did not look professionally done compared to previously rented vehicles Car only little less than half filled with gas at pick up. Would have been helpful for staff to explain some features of cars technology such as the Apple CarPlay, the fact that wifi was not included though the car had an option for it.

Passenger van

Very disappointed. Did not get vehicle till 4:00pm. Reservation was for noon. Drove to Budget one week earlier to look at vehicle and luggage space, asked the person who was waiting on us to change pick up time to 8:00am, she told us she would, got there at 8:00a and no car. Told us our reservations was for noon. Showed us this nice van with places for kids plugs to iPads, nice direction map and back up camera/screen. Got what we felt was a cargo van someone stuck seats in. On day of pick up we called all day, no one would answer the phone….phone went to the 800 number and NO ONE helped. All apologied, but “you have to get with that office”. We wanted to beat the rain that started that evening around three. Drove in the rain with some water planing sensor going off the entire night and next morning. Again, very disappointed.

Total garbage. Was allowed to place reservation for car, made plans for my trip based on that reservation and then they said they had no cars. Completely unacceptable

Pros:

The gentleman who helped me when I had to go to the Frisco location in order to get an SUV.

Cons:

The gentleman at the Rockwall location when I dropped off the car was unhelpful and accused me of causing damage to the vehicle that was there when I picked up the vehicle just because I could not locate my pink slip.
