Amazing in every aspect! Spotless rooms, professional, courteous staff, great location. Best of everything. Couldn¿t have asked for more
The staff was real friendly and location of hotel
The room was hot would adjust ac and it stayed hot and other room restroom toilet clogged. Cost more than was worth and breakfast was not included had to pay to order and not cheap either
Looks like recently renovated and clean.
Didn't have enough change at front desk for the coin operated laundry on-site. Consider getting change machine so it can be used.
Everything! This is my 2nd time to stay at this hotel. 1st time was for just 1 night. This time was for 2 nights, but I extended my stay twice and ended up staying 5 nights. I love it! Will recommend!
Parking is relatively expensive and they don¿t offer a cheaper self-park option.
Excellent staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Will definitely come back.
The entire hotel was clean and luxurious. The staff was kind and respectful. We were extremely pleased.
Parking over night at the hotel is $20 a night. A little outrageous. Other than that, fantastic experience.
Great location in historic Stockyards district, great place, most importantly great staff !
Would not stay or recommend
Great location-easy walk to the yards. Extremely clean, new hotel.
No hairdryer or little bottles of lotion, shampoo, etc. and I needed both. Possibly could have been at front desk but I didn't ask.
Clean, secure, great location!
The lady at front desk was AWESOME! She was friendly and very accommodating to our particular situation. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. THANK YOU! for all your help. This is the reason I chose this brand and this hotel.
