Cons:The rental company states on the contract page, that supplemental liability insurance is available at the time of rental. It does NOT say that it is required. As a matter of fact, it is NOT LEGAL in New York State to require a renter to purchase this supplemental insurance. The minimum required by the state is included. If you do not have assets that would be at risk if you were to be sued for an accident injury or even death, there is no need for extra insurance. At the time of pick-up the rental company said I had to purchase Supplemental Insurance at $16 per day, plus tax, or I could not rent the car. I was stuck, so I agreed. But I am contesting that extra amount with my credit card company. The company "policy" is just as illegal as it would be to refuse to rent to me based on my race.

Cons:They could have had the car I reserved a week prior to my arrival into the City from out of town

Cons:Fox Company is located outside JFK, small inconvenience is that their shuttle is not parked by the Federal Circle where all rental cars are located and customers as myself needed to contact them by phone so I can be picked up and taken to their location. Perhaps, a better orgnization in time/schedule should be considered. Perhaps, Fox creating their own App for customers can create a more accessable and better experience. Now, the overwhelming ashtray odor in the car seats were unprecedented. Perhaps, changing/upgrading/removing the seat covers can override the odor and provide a better air/odor quality inside the car. Overall, yes, they are new kids on the block, they have potential and can grow to be one of the best car rental companies.

Cons:I dropped off the vehicle earlier than I had anticipated but was still charged the full rental fee and they were nit nice about nor did they care about anything except their policies. The guy working there acted like his last name was Fox and he owned the place. Terrible way to treat customers during a pandemic nonetheless
Pros:I cannot take my scheduled flight and therefore I did not take the car but I lost the money I paid for my reservation there was no possibility of obtaining a refound
