Cons:We waited in line for over an hour to pick up the car and had not even made it halfway to the counter, so we gave up and rented from a different company for the same price. Fox was the only rental car company with the outrageous lines and people working at the airport told us that this was how it usually is with them. Save yourself a few hours headache and pick someone else even if it is a bit more expensive. I was so glad I hadn’t prepaid!

Cons:Hire people with manners, I felt like I was in prison. Yelling, arguments with customers. My person was ok but Extremely rude woman and the manager at the garage checkout when I was asked to sign a no damage waiver before or anyone inspected the vehicle. When I asked to inspect before signing, the keys were basically snatched from my hands and I was told go look at the car and come back, was told if you don't sign you won't get a vehicle. Complete trash this company will gladly pay 100 dollars more for a real experience. One hour to check out the vehicle as well. Every other person on phones one was watching a movie. Drop off was a bit better one guy and it was fast.

Pros:Staff at the rental counter were very nice and pleasant. However the lower level counter where keys are retrieved the staff was less than helpful. No walk around was conducted with me I was told to do it on the paper and then take pictures. The vehicle I received only had a key, no keyless entry, which was not helpful since the alarm would go off whenever the doors were unlocked with the key, that was embarrassing. The drop off process was the worst, I was rushed and told I would be emailed a receipt, yet I never received said email. I don’t think I would use this company again
Cons:Make sure to walk through with the customer and ask if they have any questions regarding the vehicle. Be present, don’t just sit in the kiosk, make sure the vehicles are equipped with keyless entry if it comes with the vehicle (any car made after 2000 does).

Cons:Felt like the girl who did my contract was trying to add on too many extra charges. Like pre paid tolls each.

Pros:Nothing. Worst customer service. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Tried to cancel due to COVID-19. I cancelled my travel but they said “sorry we can’t do anything”.
Cons:Be mindful of what is happening in the world and don’t lose customers over few bucks.

Cons:The lady was rude. Claimed to not have any vehicles available, wouldn’t let my fiancé pay, so we ended up having to go to a new company for a rental who matched their price.
