There were approximately 50 people in line in front of me. The line moved at a snails pace. They have a scan code while you are standing in line. I suppose it helped marginally. There really seems to be no good reason to have this situation in today's world. Getting everything done electronically is quite simple (only one other counter had a line (10 people). Oh...and of course they didn't have the small sport utility that I was supposed to get...but an Altima (which he tried to convince me was an upgrade..."but I won't charge you for it"). I'll be using any other rental company in the future.
Pros:Roller coaster tram to get to car rental building. Bright, clean, airy parking structure with easy to locate cars.
Cons:Unmarked damage on car requiring locating an employee.

Pros:Easy pick up at the airport. No shuttle required! Car was clean and easy to pick up and return.
Pros:The car is spacious. The a/c is cold. The drive in the rental car is excellent. The value of the rental car is excellent.

Cons:First car had 39k miles, a faulty and loud blower and way too much air freshener spray. But I got it after 4 attempts to up sell me from a reserved car that wasn't available. I didn't need a minivan or $100/day corvette. The first two drop off locations recommended by Budget didn't have the cars the customer service promised me were available. The second car was fine, except for the leaking tire. The third car was delivered 12 hours later and a few hours after promised. But it came with the mechanics grease covering the armrests.
Pros:Clean, easy, fast.
Cons:There were no cars for me even though I made a reservation. Incredibly long line and wait. People were waiting 2 hours to get a car. I’m a regular traveler and have never seen something like it.
Cons:The car was not what I reserved and had minor damage all over.
Cons:The only issue I had was locating the Budget drop off point at the airport.
