Pick up was horrible
Pros: The guy driving the shuttle was nice when I picked up in the Tampa office the person helping me would stop to help someone that spoke Spanish leaving me waiting. Then the car I got was all scratched up and had a smell. I was told it was the last full size they had.

Cons: Big charge for Pass Plate when it seems they just take a picture of your plate and send it to the rental company which they would do anyway. No FOB and key was difficult to get in and out of lock.

Great, unless you need some flexibility
Pros: Good value. Bus drivers were incredibly friendly. Oher employees were ok. Cars were in great shape.
Cons: No flexibility. I usually book rental cars on 23.5 hours basis (e.g. pick up at 5pm, return at 4:30 pm). This is the first time I've heard about an early return fee policy. What??? If I said on my reservation that I will return the car at 4:30 pm, but end up returning the car at 12:00 pm (earlier), the company will charge me a fee. We had to extend our trip two days. I was expecting the company to charge me the daily fee we agreed on our reservation, but they added an additional fee for making the change. They told me it was in the contract...Fare enough. Here is the worse one...they will never pick up their phone (when I was trying to extend the reservation). I was on hold on three occasions for more than 25 minutes. They only way I was able to make contact was through email. Very unsatisfactory.

bad experience in every way
Pros: Waited 35 mins for pick up van in 95 degree heat. Couldn't wait any longer took a cab to the office. Cost me $20.00 ( 17.00 plus tip ). When I got there there was a short line of 3 people which took 30 mins to get through, mainly because the agent was more involed with what was on the tv behind him and kept turning hes back to me to watch. when he was done with my paper work he said go out these doors and someone would be right with me. 10 mins later someone shows up and goes to find me a car. After 5 mins he returns with a dirty car and as i'm driving away sounds like a rear bearing is grinding. After what I had just gone through I took out my phone and made a video of the sound because I was not going back. Then for toppers the A/C was very poor it needed a charge. over all the worst experience ever.
