Pros. Loved this hotel! This was such a cool hotel, great experience! Staff was excellent!
Cons. Not the biggest issue, but if the pool is open and the lobby is open for customers to hang out, the pool table should be open as well! Still a great stay!

Cons. They tried to make a modern-looking hotel on a dime. Now it's been a few years and everything is starting to fall apart. The elevator floors were cracked and in chunks. Lighting covers in hallways were frayed and falling down. The chemical balance of the pool was beyond poor. Some work was being done to the hotel, but in the process they apparently cut the cable line - so we had No Television for 3 days. No bueno. Oh - FYI, the modern design of this hotel means that in the rooms there's no true closet (there's a closet area covered by a curtain that will hold about 5 hangers) and not a single drawer anywhere in the room. So you've no prayer of straightening things up for the maid service. They'll just have to look at your underwear. :(
Pros. Location was great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
Cons. The hotel in general needs some maintenance and is showing many signs of wear and tear which is surprising for a newer hotel. The gym equipment was a mess with many pieces not working properly. Also, the music in the lobby and gym was too loud.

Cons. Food that would have been complimentary for breakfast (cereal, yogurt, muffins) was marked way up. Not cool to wake up to that knowing friends who paid 1/3 less to stay at the holiday inn and best western are eating the same things FOR FREE
Pros. It was very clean, nice atmosphere, close to shopping and tons of restaurants, staff was all nice, I loved the set up of the room and the breakfast was delicious. Overall a great place to stay and if pool room would have been warm I would have gave 5 stars!!
Cons. We decided to stay here just for the indoor pool and the water wasn't really warm but wasn't cold either, but the room didn't have heat on and was freezing in there. We informed the front desk and they sent the maintenance man and he got the heat to work but it only stayed on for about 5 minutes and kicked off again so we along with another family decided just to get out. It was disappointing especially since we was only a hour from home and was just staying at a hotel so our 2 kids could play in the pool.

Pros. It was a very nice and clean hotel. I was impressed with the layout. The lady who served breakfast was very sweet.
Cons. The sheets on the bed I slept on need to be retired. There was a large hole on it.
