Our room had a funny smell to it which made me uncomfortable. The bathtub had mold in it. The ice machine seen better day not clean. No where was I asked about AAA and when I checked in they told me it was to late to get the discount.
It was clean, inexpensive, and no issues with online reservations
Friendly staff, easy access, close to my destination.
Nothing. Everything was great.
Quite nice actually!!
Very comfortable & very clean
clean rooms, attentive staff. our hairdryer was broke and they replaced it immediately.
The continental breakfast needed some work. If you're counting on the Wi Fi. it was pretty slow..
Location for my purpose
Room musty. Realized on 2nd night mattresses were wet and had mold on both mattress layers. (Was adjusting sheets and found it.) Slept in the other bed when we realized it. Let staff know when we checked out.
Nice breakfast. Room was nicely decorated, and the bed was GREAT!
The Queen suite had plenty of room and the fridge was very nice to have. Older hotel but met our needs.
A/C unit did not work well. We kept waking up hot. They came up to look at the A/C and did some adjusting. Told us that if it was not cool when we returned that evening they would move us. We were late returning did not want to move. We should have :(
It didn't blow up
Rather disappointing hotel. Most Ramada's are quite nice. Our room was damp, really really damp. There were stains on the sheets. Mostly yellow stains, except for the blood stains on the sheets under the pillow.
It was much more modern and clean than several of the old Ramada Inn's I stayed at many years ago.
No refrigerator in the room. And the front desk clerk on duty when I checked in wouldn't take responsibility for passing on my request for a late checkout to the next shift---pushing the action back on me to do that.
The location was great because we stayed in Franklin the whole weekend.
The room had a very musty smell. I thought spraying the carpet with Lysol would help but it didn't. Just as we were leaving I looked at the AC and it looked like mold! Lifted the flat sheet, no mattress protector and gross mattress. I was so disappointed
Found dirty women's thong underwear on floor. No apology! No room change! On 1 bed, sheets weren't changed after last guest checked out! Hair on bathroom floor & tub. NO offer to correct situation! VERY DISSATISFIED & VERY UNHAPPY! WILL NOT RETURN!
Old building and isolated; breakfast was the bare minimum
Good for the money
Cleanliness and pool
staff could have been nicer
It was a good price for a quick stay in Franklin. I commuted up to Nashville for CMA Fest and didn't spend too much time at the hotel, and the drive wasn't bad (25 min). The cable TV was nice, and the shower was hot! The continental breakfast was nice.
Found a few random hairs...but I knew it was a 2 star hotel, so you get what you pay for. I also thought the site said on site laundry, but there wasn't any.
The front desk staff was unhelpful to the point of rudeness. The internet was down the entire night. When I called the front desk to ask when it would be back up, I was told 'I have no idea'. She didn't even apologize for my inconvenience.
The Hotel was clean. The Staff very nice. The breakfast was nice.
The Hotel is old...time for a face lift.
close to I-65
Room smoke alarm battery needed changing, was beeping. Moved to room next door, stated he was working alone and could not change battery. Still could hear beeping all night through wall. Shower head had mold on it. Otherwise room as expected.
Friendly greeting, fast elevators, clean room, nice breakfast, good thermostat
TV SUCKED. Picture didn't fit in the screen for starters.
It was very close to destination.
The hotel has a small grave site before entering. The floors were not really clean. The hotel also had a odor. The tiles in the ceiling where brown and stained. The room smelled when the air condition was blowing. The shower curtain had tape on it.
Very clean room!
The walls were very thin and there was lots of loud commotion at late hours.
Good location. Clean public areas. Comfortable bed. Inside hallways.
Basically a clean room but had an odd smell. Turned on the fan to help. Comfortable bed. Saturday breakfast was somewhat lacking. Maybe they consider themselves business travel hotel and have a different breakfast during the week.
Not a value...must, water damage, drain issues
Friendly staff and clean.
Extra thin walls. Noise level made it difficult to sleep. Heard my neighbors conversations as if I were in their room.
The room we stayed in was damp and dark. The AC was running, yet none of the moisture was being removed. Not impressed with the star level. A 1.5 star level at best. The staff was attentive.
Altho dated, the hotel seemed clean. Staff was friendly. Price was good.
Coffee sucked! AND, we were bitten up by bedbugs...room 208.
