Booked a car and the store it was book at is temporaryly closed...my personal car broke down in the parking lot and the closest store refused to come to me.(gasden) I had to walk 6 miles to penske to finally get a rental costing me 3 times as much since I needed a car not a 16ft box truck. Overall a horibel experiance. I started a curior buissness this week, this was my first trip. I planed on useing enterprise on a weekly basis....based on the service i was provided then left on the side of the road and making my first trip with my new company a nightmare and costing me money when I should have walked away with a lucrative couple of days I wouldent suggest nor recomend enterprise for any occation. I was jerked around...blown off....then treated like I was a nucense. Mistakes happen but this goes far beyond a mistake this is complete disapointment2.0 Poor

Only good part was the ease of reserving through kayak.Cons:
The local office failed to inform me of all the extra money I would need and were wanting to charge almost double for just the rental. I got to the office and was completely surprised when I would have to pay $193 plus $200 deposit for a $127 rental. Needless to say they ruined my weekend and I missed my best friends wedding.8.0 Very good

Pros:
The rental guy "had never heard of" the rental insurance I bought through Kayak (which was apparently a lot less expensive than Enterprise, but make sure you have other liability insurance). He also swore that I should have been aware of other costs and identification associated with using a debit card, although my first hint was at the counter. After that was all handled, everything was wonderful, but those were really unwelcome things to have to deal with on the spot.Cons:
Extra income proof for debit card, extra deposit for debit card, general clueless Ness of counter guy.Hertz
