Pros. Good full breakfast included. Muffins and waffles are excellent. Eggs are ok. Large mini-fridge! Well running ice machines for your cooler if needed. Clean rooms and hotel. I loved the pillows too.
Cons. PARKING is terrible and NOT free! Pretty much full and spots open are only open because they are too small to fit any kind of car. I drive a fairly narrow mini van and it was hard to find a spot wide enough to park and get out the front seat. Beds are a little on the firm side, would have liked a softer bed. Elevators for some odd reason don't have up and down indicators outside while waiting, so sometimes you get it and it's going up when you wanted down, etc. Trash cans are right in front and just below the elevator buttons. So if you are in a wheel chair or have bags in your hands it is hard to get to the buttons. Rates were way too high for this level of stay, making the value low. I wanted to try something new but this was a mediocre change.
Cons. Would prefer to have a restaurant or eating options in the hotel.
Pros. Staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions. They were out of tickets for Disney but did get us taken care of for shuttle passes. Room was clean and bed felt great after a long day at the park. The provided continental breakfast was good, wish the hours went a little later for it.
Cons. Had to pay for parking which seems to be an annoying trend that's becoming common with hotels. Just another fee they tack on to a ton of others. Most people who travel have a car when arriving at their hotel-seems unfair to pay to park where you're staying.

Cons. there were only 2 elevators. It became very crowded at times. They had women competing in a competition that was not family friendly attire.
Pros. Facilities were very clean. The location was very convenient. The shuttle was a quick 5 minute ride to Disneyland. It was about a1 hour drive (with traffic) to Universal Studios.
Cons. Bed was a little stiff and the pillows were very squishy. If staying for a while and you like to unpack, there's only an armoire.
