Cons: the lady behind me in line. such a pushy, impatient white trash lady. didn't know a line works in such an establishment. I'm white, so I know what white trash looks like.

Car Problems Handled OK
Pros: SFO were VERY helpful! And the staff in Anaheim seemed nice.
Cons: Rented a small car and hit the road. About 30 miles later, headed north and far past the nearest Alamo it started to make noises in the right front corner. As far as I can tell, the fender well was dragging on the tire. I got out a few times and there didn't seem to be any damage going on. Called customer support and his only suggestion was to drive back to Anaheim (now closed) or carry on and get it checked at the next Alamo (SFO). I called the next day as the noise was louder and the customer support person suggested I get to SFO and exchange it or get my money back. He said he'd call ahead and let them know, which he apparently didn't do (SOF had NO idea what I was talking about. Anyway, SFO gave us the remainder of our money back and the trip was accomplished OK, so alls well that ends well, I guess.

Cars here turn out to be more expensive than adver

Cons: When given my car rental keys, I was told to bring it back with the same amount of gas. So that's what i did and even to a picture of it before i left the lot. Returned the vehicle with more gas and was charged a penalty because it was not enough gas. Even after explaining how i returned the car with more gas than when i received it, i was still charged extra. I was also charge extra for being an hour late on daylight savings day which happened to be my birthday so that's that.

Pros: Price of rent in the first week is ok, When I requested an extension time for rental the price increase which is inappropriate and unfair.
Contrary, the price should be decrease in order to keep the client satisfied.

Pros: Great customer services at both pick up & drop off!
Car was clean and ready to go. A pleasure doing business with a great company.
Cons: Tried to return the car after hours, as I was told I could. The drop box wasn't working correctly and I waited on hold twice after being hung up on the first time. The second time I was told the computers were down and to call back later. After convincing the agent to talk to me anyway, he had no help to offer and didn't seem to be familiar with the after hours process. Very frustrating.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The car was waiting for me when I got there (1 hour early) Friendly staff.
Cons: Checkout on Sunday Morning was a bit rough, several customers in line with only 2 people on staff. They had to check the cars, move them around. Would have been better if they had a lot person to do all the extra work

Cons: Arrived to find only one person working with a line to the door. The business office was dirty and hot. The worker represented the business in the same manner. Then without referencing this on the website they wanted to hold $200 extra dollars for using a debit card along with a credit check. Really?

Almost perfect experience
Pros: Seriously, everything was great with only the exception that I address later. The office was close to my hotel -- a very easy walk. The car was nice to drive, clean, and in good shape. The Budget personnel were pleasant and helpful. Checking the car out and then checking it in were easy and quick.
Cons: I wish I had realized I could drop the car off after hours. Instead, I paid to park it at my hotel overnight. The signs that told you about this were on the counter, but when you're standing AT the counter, their position is such that you don't really see them; instead, you are likely to be reading the various signs that talk about toll roads, moving trucks, etc. Thus, I didn't notice this was a possibility, which cost me $26.

Pros: The Tahoe drive very smooth. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Price is good although they tried to sell the collision waiver hard.
The staff drop me off when returning the car. They save me an uber ride or trying to arrange a pick up after returning the rental. Would rent again at this place
Cons: Car has not been through a good clean job on the inside. Still has footprints on the inside step up. Has some crumps at the bottom of the cup holder

Cons: I placed the pick up time for 12pm but my plane didn't arrive until 4pm. I called them at 4 and they had already given my rental away and no other car was available...only SUV's and sports cars which where exponentially more expensive

Cons: Super long line in Santa Ana and they didn't bother to tell people we could also check in by kiosk at a different location. Didn't have my reservation easily available by my name or contact info. Thought I was from Missouri for some odd reason (I'm from California). Triple confirmed a different drop off location and price then charged me twice as much on drop off. People were great and honored the quoted price, but took extra time and the system is clearly lagging.

Car rental nightmare
Cons: Pretty much nothing went right. We were picking up the car following a flight into Orange County. It turns out that the Santa Anna rental location was 6+ miles away from the airport. We had to take an Uber to the enterprise location. We were also told that unlike every other enterprise location, they could not pick us up at the airport. I checked at the airport location to see if they would honor the reservation and was told it would cost over $100 more. The one thing enterprise agent at the Santa Ana office did do was discount the one-way fee to compensate for our having to pay for an Uber to get to the location. Then when we went to return the car back at the orange county airport, the computers were down and was told that the car could be checked in the following morning. When I called the airport location the following morning to see if the car had been checked in, the call was not routed to the airport but rather to a call center. They were unable to tell if the car had been checked in. I never got a receipt emailed to me showing that the car was checked in as promised. I had to call the next morning only to find out that the car had been checked in with l damage noted and a resulting charge. Fortunately, when I had left the car at the airport, I had taken a video showing that there was no damage to the car. I spoke to the phone representative who was willing to check in the car completely and remove any damage charges. To top it off the car stunk with a smell that was unsuccessfully masked with an excessive application of air freshener. Needless to say, a VERY unsatisfactory experience.
