Pros (+) Facilities take you back 30 years while maintaining all the comforts you want and expect. Best hospitality we have ever had anywhere. Great location,fantastic staff, and great stay.
Cons (-) Walls are thin and you can hear others in adjoining rooms at times. This is no big deal to us as it seems the clientele attracted here are courteous and responsible people who are not up thru the night and being loud or obnoxious. This is a very minor thing and was NOT a problem. Great place !!!!!!!
Pros (+) We love the Gatlinburg Inn. This was our second visit and we loved it so much the first time that it was our selection for our servings trip to Gatlinburg. Out also was where we just got engaged! There is a fireplace out front with some rocking chairs for socializing. There is a pool for the summer.
