Pros (+) Staff members were great
Cons (-) Disclaimer: I am a neat freak... but the wipeable surfaces could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, and the paper materials were all pretty ratty (I know; who cares, right? And I'm all for being green--but it wouldn't cost that many trees to replace them once in a blue moon). More importantly, beds were comfortable and spotless.
