Cons: Debris on floors, no blanket on bed, cleaning staff left room unfinished.
Front Desk clerk
Pros: Really convenient from highway. Bedding is super. Good breakfast. Really nice hotel for travelers passing through in 95. Steakhouse in parking lot is halfway decent. Only in town for less than 12 hours so didn't get to experience many of amenities.
Cons: Really no complaints
Pros: The price did not equate with the Hampton inn standards
Pros: Very pleasant staff
Pros: Customer service was outstanding. Everything very clean and pretty.
Cons: If I had to pick something the bed was a little soft and the breakfast wasn't all that tasty (the waffles were awesome tbough)
Pros: The people were extra nice

Pros: Normally, I wouldn't stay in Choice Hotels, but this one looked so nice and was at an excellent price. And it's pet friendly! Very clean and overall super nice hotel.
Cons: The only complaint I have is that when I was trying to sleep, the AC was making a very loud clicking noise. Was quite annoying.
Pros: Very near Interstate I95. Breakfast was ready at 6am like they said it would be.
Cons: The price was a little high.
Nice stopping off place, easy access to highway, great rooms, friendly staff
Pros: Staff was excellent, quick service, breakfast was good... almost anything you'd want from eggs, bagels, fresh made waffles to yogurt

Pros: nothing I drove all night and checked in at 6am and was told I had to be out before noon heard banging on roof at 10am so I will nevereach stay again
Cons: I think the above paragraph explains it all
Pros: Due to obstacles along our NY to NC trip, Baymont dltered our reservation several times with no penalty. Upon arrival they took care of all our needs. It was like coming home to family.
The room was beautiful and clean. Staff was kind and helpful, especially Athena, the best concierge ever! We had been driving all night, and she put us in a quiet room in the back, away from trafic. Thank you all!
Cons: The room needed more towels and TP.

Cons: This place is nasty and the people working there are even more nasty. The lady working at the front desk was more focused on smoking cigarettes than checking us in. She was dressed unprofessionally and she was rude. The building smelled of rotten cheese and mold. Absolutely a complete nightmare!!!! I will be very hesitant to ever stay at any choice hotel again.
Pros: It was good to have clean, reliable accommodations on our return from Spring break.
Enjoy your visit to Dunn with a stay at Clarion Inn. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout, and free perks include buffet breakfast and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Room was clean, beds fairly comfortable, did not hear any road noise, good selection for TV channels
Cons: Thought check in area was a restaurant and initially drove by it. Area was isolated and fence around hotel had barbed wire on it making it seem that it was a bad neighborhood. There were two mattresses out on the sidewalk which made me concerned .
Pros: location adjacent to HWY
Pros: That's the second time you turned me away I'm done with you
Cons: The hotel staff
Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming. You can tell the management cares. And it was right off of the 95N.
Cons: There were bed bugs. I went to bed with no bites and woke up with over 20 bites on my legs. The bed, bedding, towels, etc were all very cheap and uncomfortable.
They should have paid me to stay there!
Cons: Had to move rooms due to ant infestation. Other room had dead spiders & bed bugs. Outside was filthy. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY
Cons: There is no way this should be considered a 2 1/2 star hotel! The room was hot as an oven when we opened it, and it took 2 hours to cool down. The breakfast area was in a closed-down bar connected to the lobby and the food quality was cheap.
Cons: This motel should be only 1 star not 2.5. Overall motel quality comes under 1 star. You should visit this location and adjust star level according to the actual motel quality. Otherwise your criteria should be compromised.
Cons: definitly not a 2 1/2 star. Not happy with rating vs actual hotel
stayed there on the way to and from vacation. Had one of the newer remodeled rooms on way out which was ok but definately nothing great. Still not more that a 2 star. On the way back we ended with one of the older rooms which I wouldn't give more than a 1 star.
Pros: The Staff person working the front desk was very nice.
Cons: Towels were old and rough. Blankets on beds were old, rough and had cigarette burns.
Pros: I was very disappointed
Cons: the services were at best OK. The room was dog-eared and the grounds and pool were fair.
Pros: This was a motel not a hotel. It is a 2 star at best. They did not have an iron in the room. An iron is a minimal expectation of a hotel, even a 2 star motel. It was not clean. This was first time I have ever felt like I needed to sleep in my clothes
Cons: The hotel is old and is misrepresented on their website. The room was technically clean but it smelled. The building has water damage and the walkways to the room are not safe.

Pros: Nofthing don't stey here please Very bad experience I only stay becouse i was really sleppe ... :((((((( (()Stay away ))
Cons: Everything from the start to the end This hotel is horrible No words Bugs Darty Smell very bad Please stay away
Cons: Definitely not a 2.5 star hotel. An individual under the influence approached our vehicle upon our arrival and would not leave for approximately five minutes. The sheets were dirty, room reeked of cigarettes. Very unsafe. We checked out early.
Pros: Conveniently located right off I-95, easy check in/out process, excellent hot continental breakfast offered in the mornings.
Cons: The tub/shower was not very clean, the drain was broken and the overall state of shower was very rundown.
Cons: Dirty, stinky, unsafe, The worst hotel i have ever seen
Pros: Close to shopping.
Cons: Toilet was leaking. Water on floor. Bathtub ale draining.
Cons: There was an odor in the room the whole time I stayed there. A mustey smell. Other then that, the room was clean.
Pros: IT was quiet late at night and there were no roaches in the room
Cons: No everything was fine
Pros: It was close to our route, and the young lady working behind the counter was incredibly nice and sweet.... these were the only good things about this 'hotel'.
Cons: First room smelled like cat piss, second room had a bunch of intimidating biker guys smoking, hanging out outside of the door (despite their room being on the other side of the complex). They charged me for both rooms. Carpet was wet. Food was terrible.
Its a really good hotel, very clean, very nice staff and very nice place. I will go back here someday if i have to.
Pros: the cleanliness
as I said above the room was clean but in need of a major updating, esp the carpet
Pros: low rates, staff was pleasant
Cons: room was clean but in need of a major updating, toilet did not work, called the desk about the problem and was handed a plunger
The hotel has a good location, the pictures are not as trueful as true-ful Could be.
Cons: The room was nice but the first room. The door had been kicked in, & the bed linen was dengue. The bed skirt had stains on it. The second room, the chair had stains on it as well, and the iron didn't work.

Cons: Before i begin i have no experience with bed bugs and dont have enough space to tell all but ill cut to the chase we was getting bit my husband found babybedbugs we notified staff they called police and had us escorted off the property.after i paid ---
Pros: Location &cleanliness
Pros: I liked how pretty and clean our room was. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. Oh and the Wifi was fast. Great stay. :)
Pros: Absolutely nothing location was horrible the pictures on the site showed it where it would be in a different location it did not meet commute or necessities. Only stage from the time I checked in until 9pm and then left and got other hotel
Cons: The guest in the room next to me were of noxious him inappropriate and there was too many people going in and out. The location sitting right off of interstate inside of the ghetto.
Pros: just are pet friendly
Cons: the WiFi, didn't work, the toile wasn't clean, they did not took any of my discount cards, and the breakfast, the waffle machine don't work good the waffle sticks you have to scrape it off not all the lights work,
Pros: Super 8 was a great hotel . In my travels again I wil come Ackerman again .
Cons: No !
Pros: location off 95, helpful staff
Cons: i didnt like the room, it could have been clearner, there was a smell to the room that i didnt agree with, bathroom facuets leaked.
It is a nice and clean motel and they have a great breakfast bar.
Pros: Convient location to family and it is nice and clean.
This hotel should be closed down. It's a travesty and a safety hazard to keep it open to paying guests! This is the worst hotel I have ever seen, without exception.
Pros: The surreal movie-set experience, showing kids what a seedy motel looks like!
Cons: This place should NOT be on Priceline! The WORST hotel I've ever seen: CRUNCHY, moldy carpet; electrical box falling out of the wall over the sink, hazardously shorting!; power cords across rm for alarm; 80s era TV, HUGE ducttaped remote; just awful.
I would never stay at this place again. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
Cons: Dirty, stinky, gap under the door big enough for a rat to come in and roaches did come in.
It should be bulldozed to the ground.
Pros: Nothing. Worst experience of my hotel staying life.
Cons: Discustingly filthy rooms, no air conditioning and a TV that began smoking in the first room. Stinchy smell, inoperatable TV remote and no water pressure in second room. We departed early!
