If you want to sleep, eat, or get a reliable Marriott Bonvoy experience - go somewhere else. The rooms facing the indoor pool have no soundproofing so you hear all the kids yelling - including past 10 PM when the pool is supposed to close. The doors also don't insulate well so the room smells and feels like you're at a pool. There were no food options available in the evening. Bar may have served drinks (I never saw anyone staffing it), but at check they confirmed there was no staffing for the kitchen and they have no elite lounge/pantry offering. Also beware the hotel shuttle service. I called in advance to confirm the hours of operation as we had an early flight out the next morning (I was told 4:30 AM-midnight). At check in the staff actually told me I'd be better off with an Uber as they really only offer the shuttle to hotel crews and it's usually booked up early in the morning. Despite that, I asked about availability and after learning the 5 AM was fully booked I accepted the 4:30 AM. The next morning at 4:30 we're informed the shuttle doesn't actually operate until 5 and get another round of excuses. Ultimately they got us to the airport in time, but I'd have picked a different hotel as the shuttle was half the reason for the stay. Regarding being a Marriott brand, the hotel is failing the brand standards everywhere. I probably should have tried to claim both the room type and arrival gift failure compensations after check in took when the front desk lady couldn't honor my (confirmed suite upgrade) room type and was totally unaware of the elite welcome amenity/lounge/alternative offerings. The room we did get had a desk chair that was probably due for replacement before the pandemic and the air conditioning (which we had to run constantly to mitigate the pool humidity) was about the loudest I've ever heard. Overall, my stay was more in line with a $29 pricelined motel than a "Classic Premium" brand Marriott property.
Pros. The front desk women were very helpful after informing me that the hotel was closed and arranged for me to stay elsewhere.
Cons. The ******* hotel was closed and amoma.com via Kayak booked me there! This was a complex bait and switch. I booked there for specific amenities and was sent to a hotel with far less. Avoid amoma.com!
Cons. Paint was peeling on walls. Hair in tub. Long exposed pipes down all the hallways. We went for the waterslide in the pool for our kids. The pool guy had this bleach spray bottle cleaning the slide and black mold from around the pool. Now it needed it but the slide was only open for a few hours that day as it was the middle of the week and we had to leave the pool because of the overwhelming bleach smell. I have a 9 month old and didnt want her to breath it. They should probably clean the pool while its closed to guests.
Pros. It was walking distance from everything!
Cons. Had trouble with the door locks.
Pros. Location
Cons. Run down, dirty, bad receptionist, lumpy small pillows, under bed never been vacuumed, housekeeping on phone while cleaning, no wonder room was dirty. Just bad. Never going back
Pros. Great location, great staff
Pros. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Cons. The sraff was rather disorganized. When we got there at 4pm, they weren't sure which rooms were ready so we had to sit in the lobby with our luggage for 10 minites waiting for word from housekeeping.
Pros. Location
Cons. First hotel that I've ever stayed with no free breakfast. Had to request clean towels. Not even coffee
Cons. rooms were not clean..tv did not work right. pool was not open all the time only at night. would not go there again
