Pros (+) The hotel has a very nice location, great views and the rooms are quite comfortable.
Cons (-) They are in the middle of a major renovation and it interferes with everything: inconvenient access to the hotel, no front desk, small breakfast area, no lounge seating, limited elevator access.
Pros (+) From the well-appointed rooms, scenic location, and delicious breakfast bar, to the wonderfully nice and super helpful staff, this has been one of my favorite hotel stays in many years. Each staff memeber I interacted with was cheerful, and always greeted me with a smile. I'm looking forward to returning to this location!
Cons (-) The oddest and only complaint I have about this entire stay is about the weight of the doors on the rooms. I know it sounds weird, but their room doors are much heavier than I expected. But, as I said, it's the ONLY complaint I have.
