Cons: Extremely expensive and breakfast should have been comlimentary
9.5 Excellent
Cons: I have stayed at this Hilton many time but I booked through booking.com and they charged me more then the hotels price plus I changed the reservation from 3 people to two people and they gave me a new reat of 499.00 for the two nights but the hotel charged me 576.00 that was the old price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Always love this hotel . Everything you could ever want is there. Thank you
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, clean and bright place. Right on the water! Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Next door restaurant/bars (Jetty and Bridges) are a bonus. Nice that it has a pool to wade in.
Cons: Pool could have been bigger. It is best for kids to play...not really for swimming. Hotel needs to have a boat service to take guests out on the water...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room. Beautiful view of the river. Friendly staff. Very good omelettes and French toast. Overall very happy with our two night stay.
Cons: For the quality of the room we paid for it should have had a jacuzzi tub.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is great! Did not eat breakfast onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing and the hotel was beautiful!
Cons: nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The best hotel for a bay view.
6.8 Good
Cons: You need recycling bins somewhere on the property!! This property may be family friendly on a weekday, but on the weekend it’s a frat party. Next door is a wild restaurant on Saturday and Sunday nights that gets so loud we had to change rooms to the other side of the hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The view was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: The loud noise from the bar below
6.8 Good
Pros: The hotel has a very nice location, great views and the rooms are quite comfortable.
Cons: They are in the middle of a major renovation and it interferes with everything: inconvenient access to the hotel, no front desk, small breakfast area, no lounge seating, limited elevator access.
Overview Reviews
A full service boutique Inn and Spa featuring 54 rooms and a farm to table culinary program with views of the Chesapeake Bay and its iconic landmark, The Bridge.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The pool closed too early.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love this hotel! Such cute rustic decor. We will be back
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, lovely place. Very Friendly and accommodating. Excellent 3 night stay!!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Problems with upgrading my room through hotels.com. On the phone for an hour the first time. Never received the updated email. The original email was sent but no upgrade. Called back to get the updated email with room upgrade and it wasn't done. Spend a long time on the phone once again. Notes were not added to account and it did not show upgrade even after credit card info was taken for a second time. Had to finally make payment at the hotel. After checking and comparing fees from hotels.com and the inn it was only a 2.00 difference. For the aggravation, I should have just booked with the inn. Will not book with hotels.com again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First class property with spacious quarters and friendly helpful staff
Cons: Not much. Breakfast cafe choices are a bit sparse
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were spectacular
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly and caring personnel. Always going out of their way to help you even dealing with slightest detail. Beautiful location. Would/Will definitely stay there again.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: accommodating service and nice, peaceful pool, rocking chairs, firepit
Cons: expected more of a bayside/waterfront location with a view.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Smoke free campus
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved the hotel! Our family of four was on vacation and had a wonderful time there. The rooms were spacious, pristine and comfortable. The gardens are lovely and attention to detail is obvious everywhere. Our kids played chess on the lifesize chess board in the garden and we swam in the wonderful pools with waterfalls. All of the staff is courteous and helpful, recommending places we could visit and eat. The food there is fresh and healthy. Its a unique and beautiful place you must visit!
Cons: We prefer a buffet style breakfast, that would have been nice. The facility is so large and spread out, it would be nice to get a map and be informed of all the amenities at check-in.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Bathrooms could use better lighting and possibly a makeup mirror. Or a light up makeup mirror.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very personable and helpful staff.
Cons: We liked everything.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: I did not eat breakfast, but loved the popcorn! and the location was awesome to the Jetty. yet far away from all the noise.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent comfortable bed. Awesome breakfast. Very accommodating staff.
Cons: The noise level in an adjoining room was horrible! We were waken at 12:30am to large crowds of young people. The new shower chair is not high enough especially for someone in a wheelchair.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice -- clean, comfortable and well-kept. I'd stay here again. Be sure to stay on the water side (very scenic) however -- the highway side would be noisy with close proximity to highway 50.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of staff was great
7.5 Good
Cons: At check in we were placed in a room that did not meet our bed type preference. It took some work, but the desk clerk was able to change our room to meet that request. That room had issues with the bathroom and hot water . The bathroom was for use of a handicapped individual, and although I support this being available , it was not a need for us and the modifications made it difficult to use. When we contacted the front desk regarding no hot water, we were challenged by the clerk as to the validity of our complaint. Once we figured out that the handle was on upside down we were able to shower with hot water. However, again because it was handicap accessible the shower head was not conducive to standing for a shower very comfortably. In the end, the clerk who challenged us about the hot water offered us an upgrade to a larger room. This room was beautiful, large, included our bed choice and the bathroom was much more suited to our needs. Our last 2 nights were very enjoyable.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Afternoon desk clerk Chris was pleasant and efficient
Cons: Ice machine broken. Nite clerk didn’t want to put her book down to do her job Vending machines were empty of products

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very unique property harkened back to better times. Anxious to return when they reinstate their fabulous Sunday Brunch. It was the best.
Cons: Nothing not to like. Don’t change s thing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The proximity to water and the grounds were lovely. The Inn is beautiful. The front desk person was so nice!!! She made me feel at home.
Cons: The bathroom wasn’t as clean. The toilet had not been flushed and had waist in it. The bathroom floor was sandy and dirty. There were no towels. I had to get them. The front desk was apologetic. The bed was way to creaky!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful boutique place with kayaks and outdoor seating and a pier, etc. Lovely staff and the rooms are great for the most part.
Cons: Toilet in 308 kept failing when I flushed it. no desks, nowhere to do work really if you're typing or handwriting.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location very much. It was naturally very pretty. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
Cons: The bed in our room was not in the best shape. There were zip ties on one of the bedposts holding it together. The room was also supposed to have a balcony, but as the room was on the 1st floor and was really more of small ledge that lead to the ground. It was also referred to as the bridal suite and though it did have a king bed and a sofa, it seems on the small side for a bridal suite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful manor inn; very accommodating to my late check-in; excellent communication via email prior to my stay; my room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable; “continental” and complimentary breakfast was extensive and delicious.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool and setting were great - kayaking was great fun!
Cons: Sadly the house just didn't quite live up to the expectations or the price - staff weren't around when you needed them and the room wasn't spotless. Everything was a bit tired (newly laid - but totally dead - lawn), very hot room (despite the noisy air con units) - just hoped for more given the cost of it.
7.0 Good
Pros: The place is really cute and since it is 200 years old, it felt very cool to be in. The beds are comfortable and the cookies at the front desk are delicious.
Cons: The third floor is very hot and the ac didnt work well. The bedroom was slanted a lot from settling and the boys were uncomfortable in a slanted bed.
6.8 Good
Pros: Common area at the inn was nicely decorated and consistent with pictures. Close to Kent Island restaurants. Easy drive over the bridge to Annapolis. Room was clean.
Cons: Breakfast was a cold continental breakfast with store bought breads etc.; for the money would have been nice to have eggs and/or something home made. Grounds were run down , disappointed based on website photos. Wheelchair ramp in need of repair. Fire alarm went off because of an issue with a log in a room fireplace. No staff person from the Inn showed up, or if they did they did not make themselves known. (fire dept did come) which was a bit disconcerting.
6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. The staff very friendly and helpful. Location was nice.
Cons: The main ac unit in the room was not working. The staff had put in a portable ac unit but the third floor room was very hot and stuffy. Plus the bathroom while en suite was down a flight of stairs that my husband slid down during the middle of the night.
6.8 Good
Cons: VERY disappointed with lack of nicer breakfast for the high rate paid.

7.5 Good
Pros: Seafood spot very close
Cons: No room service
6.3 Good
Pros: Cleaned up and modernized older facility. The hotel did well with what they had to work with. The location over comes any design or convenience issues.
Cons: Exit and entry were 1960- ish for rooms. Food was so-so mostly. Heated up powdered eggs and omelets not my favorite. Better to have breakfast sandwiches like wawa or sheets. Less choices more quality would work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The front desk was so nice and welcoming and the room beautiful and the breakfast was awesome. Second stay there and its perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms faced the bay and it was quiet. I was able to sit on the balcony and look out at the water and the boats and listen to the breeze. Food was close and the room was great.
