Cons:
No one from hertz looked over the rental car With me for condition prior to taking out the car. And though the location was open at 9am for our return there was no one at the location on our arrival until 9:55a. Moreover I was Told that my card was denied when hertz put in the incorrect amount. Had the correct amount been inputted into the system the credit card would have worked fine. First and Last time using Hertz.4.0 Mediocre

Easy drop off and pick up and friendly staff.Cons:
Staff has been trained to push the upsell - so I was goaded into getting an upgrade for what was billed as a great deal, a fraction of what the car usually goes for, only to find my bill at the end of the trip was $600 instead of the originally booked $300. Not at all happy about being suckered into that.6.4 Okay

Smallest car I've ever rented, the comparable vehicle shown online and what was available in that class were two different things. I own the car that was shown on hertz.com for that class, and the car that I rented was definitely a step down.Avis

To much to list!!! But I guess the most frustrating thing was the fact I was downgraded to a vehicle because the original vehicle had a cracked windshield and I wasn’t compensated, I should have been UPGRADED! Or offered a major discount, after driving 10 hours in a lesser vehicle that was extremely less comfortable, I was furious.National
