Cons:
Actually had possession of car fifteen minutes after what paperwork stated and drove to different time zone so in effect lost one hour and fifteen minutes of 48 hour rental time. Time of actual possession should be on paperwork not when the paperwork is started. Also allowance for time zone change should be adjusted to give full rental time to customer.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Because of the coronavirus we had to cancel, which I did a couple weeks in advance. I still had to pay $50 for the rental and the full $110 for the insurance because I didn't cancel 30 days after I rented which was before we knew about coronavirus.8.0 Very good

Pros:
Pick-up of vehicle was a bit slow, they seem to schedule everything for noon at this location. Not enough staff to handle it all. This is not a major location, adding staff is not likely.Cons:
Less multi-tasking when things get busy might speed the process, taking phone calls, checking reservations and doing check-ins and drop-offs all at the same time is not efficient. One location in Kenosha

Pros:
The associates were friendly and I received a call both during and after my rental asking about my experience (perhaps overkill, people are busy on vacation.) The car was clean and i was upgraded from a small car to a Jeep Patriot, which was nice.Cons:
Received the car with only a half tank of gas. Not a fan of that in any way, shape or form. Because of my upgraded car, I was practically forced into paying $25/day for BASIC insurance coverage, causing my total bill to increase by nearly $100 over what I was expecting to pay.2 locations in Kenosha
