Pros (+) Over all was a good stay it was only over night stay clean place good staff close to the mall as well as other business and restaurants
Cons (-) Didn't like the fact majority of parking is for diamond members also the beds where extremely uncomfortable as well as pillows also the vent in the restroom went non stop and was loud either than that over all good stay

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable after a long day of traveling with an infant. I really liked that if you forgot or couldn't pack an amenity like a razor, you could go down to the front desk and ask for a complimentary one. The location is great too, not far from all the attractions in the area. I also appreciated that check out was at noon.

Pros (+) The title says it all. We are a family of Type-A neat freaks, and my mother sent my sister and I with her black light equipment to check the cleanliness of the room. There were some small spots here and there near the bathroom (weird spots that may get overlooked for cleaning like the ceiling and a light switch), but not anywhere in the sleeping section of the room. Sheets, pillows, and comforters...
Cons (-) I only stayed in this hotel for one night, so I may not have experienced as much as I could. The lady at the front desk could have been a little more friendly and personable, but the rest of the staff was very nice.
