The front desk service was very rude over the phone. She did not have good customer service at all, didn't have my reservation ready after all the confusion I had to pay to check in early which I think should have been free since I had to go through so much.
Felt clean. Price was reasonable. Convenient. Food at restaurant in house was terrible. Limited counter space in bathroom. Strong electrical smell in elevator.
I had trouble checking in because i reserved online 1 hour before bu,t the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and smelled clean and the hotel was not noisy wich was good.we had a very good night of rest. breakfast not included, for the price we paid breakfast had to be a most and that alone is the reason i will never come back, there are similar options available with breakfast included it is unacceptable th e hotel is not cheap and it should act cheap.

Staff so rude. Since arrived to the airport I called for shuttle, waited for 30 minutes, the driver (Kyle) was so rude, no manners, no polite, no even good morning, was the more rude person I never meet. When I tried to check in I knew I was early, bu the FD agent Renee was also the most rude person, she never let me talk and directly told me that i have to pay 50 dollar to check in early, I asked her for the name of the manger and she gave the name on a piece of news paper and she told me that she can write the manager last name because was to long. Her attitude was complete out of the standard. Being HR Director for more than 8 years of Hilton;s hotel brands these employees need a training and understand what is customer service skills. They don't have at all. I called later to ask for a menu to buy a food, I can't believe she never mentioned to me that was a restaurant at the hotel, don't even mentioned (sell) her own restaurant, I bought the more horrible food because Renee didn't have the skill to treat and/or inform a guest properly. I expected reasonable treatment nothing else, but was the most horrible experience I had. Was no representation from the Brands either for the management company what is one of the most respectful company. So sad But I would never go back to that property, and either recommend, I have a group of people going soon for a wedding to Philly but will be so embarrass to recommend that hotel.
We get early check-in without any problem, Font desk staff well come with smile, We had AC problem in start and i call front desk and technition come in a few minutes and fixed it. My overall experience is great and i recommend this hotel. Location is close to airport and 15/20 minutes away from phildelphia downtown.
Room was comfortable and well laid out. It took a very long time to check in. The line was long and they were experiencing computer problems. Staff seemed stressed. The view from our room was of trash. Looks like they maybe remodeling.

Hi my name is Matthew and i'd like to share a HORRIFIC experience i had at one of your hotels. So i specifically stayed in the Wyndham Hotel garden Philadelphia airport. Specifically myself and 4 others booked 2 rooms for the Rock Alliegence festival occuring in Chester PA. I arrived at the Hotel at about 10 30 to 11 am and attempted to check in. Was told that i cannot check in till 3pm due to rooms not being clean. I was understanding of course but mentioned that i would be at a concert and would not return till later that night. I was told my room would be waiting for me. So i hung around the hotel till the uber arrived to take me to the concert. I started talking with others and they had mentioned that there reservations were cancelled due to an overbooking. Upon hearing that i double checked my reservation to which the woman behind the counter stated that everything was confirmed and not to worry. Okay so fast foward to 11 30pm when i return to the hotel and attempt to check in and told that my reservation was cancelled. I received no phone call no email nothing! Was made to feel as though it was my fault when i had no idea. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "wait a minute" waited about 15 mins and was told to go to the other computer. I was handed a piece of paper to call expidea and work it out with them as they cancelled it. I attempted to state that i was told earlier in the morning that my reservation was confirmed. Was brushed off and was told "There are no rooms and there is nothing i can do, here is the number to call." The customer service was appaling and i will never go back.
Checked in on-line. It was easy and convenient. The staff was helpful and efficient. We only stayed for one night, but would stay again in the future when we fly to Florida. The price was excellent; everything clean and ready. Can't think of anything. Our stay was very brief.

It's location to the airport. The dated and aging furniture and bathrooms. It would have been nice to know cost of extended parking before making my reservations. And having the airport shuttle run for 24 hours and not limiting it to only limited times.
Great staff, service and breakfast buffet. Very nice room. Quiet. Perfect location for our trip stay. Bed was a little soft for one adult male.
Affordable, clean rooms, modern decor, great breakfast. The pool was FREEZING! Supposed to be heated. Found two spiders in our bathroom. Ick.

I did a late check in , traffic and bad weather from New York and the lady at front counter was so sweet and nice . With a big smile even at 3:30 am . I liked everything.
The breakfast area seemed clean, the food was good except the sausages, they were questionable. The waffles maker was excellent and clean. The pillows and bed are very comfortable! Our suite smelled horrible upon arrival. It had a strong armpit smell, horrible! We left the windows and came back hours later and the smell had not completely left. We asked for a room change and they said all the rooms were booked.
Room had hairs in the bed which were not from us and my husband and I were woken up multiple times by the people staying next to us. They made it very clear they were taking pain killers and partying in their room. The female got locked out of the room and for an hour and 45 minutes she banged on the door and the window which was totally disrupting to everyone around not to mention she was cursing up a storm. My husband and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and were completely disgusted being there!
low cost near airport The Booking.com reservation did make it through to the hotel - we were lucky that the hotel had room.
We were there when a load of kids were staying. Not sure if they were spring breakers or what. The place was a giant loud party spot all night and day! Staff did Nothing to handle this! Nothing! They were running up and down the walk ways drinking and yelling. Beating on the wall in their room etc... Worst motel stay in my life. Mentioned this at check out. Everyone in the lobby agreed and the management didn't apologize at all. Let alone offer any type of compensation to get us back. She acted as if if was they norm there.

I found a bed bug in the bed, which we were laying in. Brought it to the front desk attention and received nothing back from them. No apology, phone call, Nothing! I've been trying to get my money back since and no help with that either.
The ammenities, ie: fitness room, laundry, ice provided on all floors. Housekeeping did a great job in tidying up our room daily. Fresh towels! Waiting for the elevators. slow...

When we arrived after 4:00 pm our room was not ready.
The staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the attendants in the breakfast area were constantly checking on me and the other guests as well as making sure that the breakfast items were fresh and replenished. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. A good overall value and about half the price per night of similar hotels in the downtown Philadelphia area...plus parking was free. The location is in a small town...there's a Wedy's, a Wawa gas station, a pizzeria and a small plaza within a short 2 min drive. Besides that you have to jump on the highway or drive 15 to 20 min to find much else. Not a big deal for me as the price was a great value for what I got.
Don't know< I never made it to the room. Even though I reserved the room online with a credit card, when I got there they told me they couldn't process my reservation due to their credit card machine being out of order and I could only pay cash. So I walked out the door and stayed at Red Roof Inn next door, I suggest you do the same.

Absolutely nothing!!! Smelled terrible. (so bad you can't sleep) Loud noises at night. Hot water took 15 minutes to heat up. Had to check in behind a bullet proof window for the security of the "concierge" Hair in the sink (not mine).
the staff was good the room seemed not to be ready for occupation. the towels were dirty and the comforter was stained.
The room I booked was not clean. The cleaning person was cleaning it while I was checking in. She didn't change the bed sheet, she was not even clean the bed since I found a lot of hair on the bed and on the pillow sheet. One of the body towel was dirty, it has few black spots on it so I just threw it on the floor to let them know in the morning to wash that towel.
Location Check in was 3 hrs late, the guy at the desk was beyond rude and had no idea what he was doing. Our first room was filthy and the heater didnt work, it was an ice box. When we called the front desk he said it would take 20 minutes to warm up and refusedto give us another rooom. When an hour went by my hhusband went to the front desk bc after calling them again and the guy hung up on him we were furious. He ended up giving us another room. It was smaller and just as unclean. I will never go back norrrecommend it.pay the extra 10bucks and stay at the bbeautiful red roof inn next door. Totally worth it!!!
Location Room was not exactly clean and bed covers were disgustingly dirty. Asked for new ones and they were also unclean/stained. Asked for more towels as they were also dirty/stained and we were told if they had any left they would bring them. Needless to say they did not bring any! No water pressure in shower.
My room door would not lock in the morning, I was in a hurry to get to a funeral. I complained to the manager and he made me pack up and move out of the room. He said he would have a room for me when I got back from the funeral, I went to the funeral and when I got back I was given another room. However, the room had not been cleaned from the previous customers. Dirty sheets, towels etc., I had to wait till someone could come clean before I could unpack. Totally terrible and I can't believe that they charged me full price and not offered anything for all this trouble.
The veiw How I asked for early check in told it was a $20 fee .. Check in is at 3pm I asked for 9 am and was ok'd by front desk in advanced .. Got down at 730 am (it's a 5 hour drive) so ya we were beat .. Front desk told us they wouldn't have anything for a couple hours .. Fine .. They allowed us to enjoy breakfast and 1030 I again asked for early check in as we wanted to nap before our day we had planned .. Still no room so we found something to do in the area .. At 1230 we went back and asked for a room still nothing .. Luckily we are pretty laid back people so with out a fuss we went and got ready and brushed out teeth in the truck .. Not ideal being as tired as we were coming from mass . But we made the most of it and enjoyed the Philadelphia zoo .. And finally at 430 we got a room several hours past was told we could check in .. Customer service was extremely poor you could tell know one really cared at all seeing how every time (3-4) I went to the front desk they took my number and said they would call me when the room was ready .. Needless to say I never even got a call so rude. And room service people were everywhere and said 11am was check out ..ridiculous I wouldn't stay again
Excellent value. Friendly staff. Most of facility is closed for renovations. Used by airline personnel for overnight stays. Regular shuttle bus to nearby airport and easy access from airport to downtown Philadelphia. No food outlets within walking distance, although snacks from on-site vending machines are available during renovation. Renovation will not be completed until well into 2011.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Due to renovations being made, it was a little confusing finding the hotel office. Worth the trouble, though.
There is a full breakfast in the morning complementary for guests. At 5 o'clock fresh cookies are put out, hot out of the oven along with soup of the day. The hotel itself is literally 30 seconds off of I-95, less than a 10 minute drive from Philadelphia International Airport and it also offers a shuttle for guests. There is a Royal Farms that shares the parking lot which has the cheapest gas in the area. If you have a rental car do not pay for the rental car to fill your gas up when you can get it less expensive in the same parking lot of where you are staying. There is also a Wendy's in the parking lot so everything you could need is right there. Great value for the money. On a sidenote, try not to have your room on the first floor because it does get a little noisy. This was my second trip to the same hotel. My last trip my room was the very first room next to registration. It was very loud on the bottom floor. I actually brought earplugs for this trip in case I was stuck on the first floor again.
AC worked well
Not a good sign when you register through a bulletproof window, there's an agitated addict pacing in the parking lot and three police cars and an ambulance arrive before you get to your room. Not to mention the loud party next door and the filthy, outdated room. Pay the $40 more and stay in a decent hotel nearer to the airport.
It was the only available hotel anywhere near Philadelphia. The fact that it had a vacant room was the only thing I liked about this place. It wasn't La Quinta Inn. It was a Comfort Inn. There was no sign outside. They had taken down the Comfort Inn sign and hadn't replace it with another sign. Hard to find entrance from the road. Most of the time there was no one at the front desk. We couldn't even check out because there was no one working at the desk, so we just left our keys on the desk. The room looked nothing like the photo above. Terrible experience. Do not stay there.
Price is reasonable, a good buy for those travelling; convenient location, clean room. Only one working elevator, and that in the back of the building; folks with fifth floor rooms had quite a hike.
The mattress was comfortable and the air conditioner worked. The staff member running the breakfast was nice and worked very hard. The hotel is run down and not clean. They clearly need more cleaning staff and better equipment. The hotel basically failed to meet minimum Comfort Inn standards.
The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was decent. When we first arrived, we weren't sure the hotel was open because there was no sign indicating the hotel was there or open. Construction was taking place on the premises and there was no warning when I made the reservation. The construction started at 8:00 am sharp with hammering and some sort of drill. The construction only left 3 floors of the hotel available for use, but we couldn't enter through half the entrances or use the elevator in the morning b/c there was only one and it was being used by the cleaning crew. We even had to leave the building and walk around in order to get to where breakfast was being served.

It was a bed. Have come to expect better than this from Comfort Inn and was disappointed in the facility and the room: It looks like it's on it's last leg and the last of it's value is being milked; carpets are worn, room fridge was missing, ice machine on 3rd floor is broken, smoke smell in the stairs and on the 2nd floor. I'd have been better off at the Motel 6 in the same area.

I loved the blankets and pillows. So comfortable. I wanted to take it honestly. Everything was nice. I could stay there for a week if needed. Only thing is, getting out of the parking lot can be difficult if there is a lot of traffic. But it's not too bad.
Everything was clean and in order no real complaints. Nice and quiet for it to be near an airport and I - 95 Only small complaint was the channels provided
ROWENA DID HER BEST AND THE WOMAN WHO ATTENDED TO MY ROOM WAS WONDERFUL-- RM 158 QUALITY INN. UNFORTUNATELY I STAYED FOR 2WEEKS. GIVEN THE CONDITIONS I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A DISCOUNT. The shuttle driver was on the phone each time I took the short ride to PHL. The Quality Inn room 167 has mold and mildew in the bathroom and I showed the Manager . The laundry facilities are old. Unfortunately I had to stay there for 2weeks. The restaurant and Chinese food was horrible

Econo Lodge took responsibility and booked another hotel when the room we booked was not available. Econo Lodge did not have the room we booked available upon arrival.
When we walked in the room it smelt of cleaner which I thought at the time was a good thing. A few hours later after we came back from dinner we found baby baby cockroaches crawling on the night stand, it was only 2 so we figured we would just deal with it. The the toilet wouldn't flush and for some reason they don't have a plunger in the whole hotel. So they were nice enuff to move us from a handicapped room to a non handicapped with lower toilets. My fiance has a prosthetic leg and didn't quite enjoy switching rooms at 2-3am to one where she has trouble getting on and off the toilet. After being up all night we ended up missing the complimentary breakfast that ends at 9am, they where nice enuff to give us a late checkout for 1pm though. When we did check out and told them how bad our stay was the offered to give us 10% off our next stay which we will not be using. Oh and they might also have bed bugs because my fiance iched the whole rest of the day until we finally got home to take a shower. Overall a horrible stay...

Easy to get to from Airport and Downtown Philly. It was in a terrible neighborhood. A hotel in a neighborhood like that should have a restaurant/bar inside. The dining options in that area around there were despicable.
The staff was very nice and accomodating. The first night my tv in my room was pixelated and it was horrible. I asked about it in the morning and they moved me immediately. Parking is horrible

The location was in a semi-residential area & handy for airport stopover. The king size bed and pillows were excellent. Loved microwave & fridge in room. Breakfast selection was great & staff attended breakfast area well. Paint & carpet were dingy, but room linens and fixtures were clean.
Some of the other guests were slamming doors and loudly talking at about 1-2 am

Beds were VERY comfortable. Hotel was clean and staff were polite. Not located in th greatest of areas but the parking lot had security and we didn't have any experiences with 'bad neighborhood'.
I didn't even stay the second night because it was awful. Never again! I didn't like anything!
