Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness and the friendliness of some staff members. However, there were several complaints about poor service at the front desk, noise disturbances at night, and issues with room assignments. The location was convenient for some guests, but negative experiences with odors, safety, and amenities were also reported. Overall, while cleanliness and some aspects of service stood out positively, noise and service inconsistencies were notable drawbacks.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) The room was only half cleaned when we got there. The front desk people were fine but were not super friendly or helpful.
