Pros. We stayed twice. First time was nice with clean room, however, the second time they relocated us to another hotel that was not that nice and should have cost less.
Cons. Where to begin? They relocated us to another hotel that was not as nice but still charged us same amount. After relocating us, I looked up the price at our new hotel and found that it was cheaper. When I confronted them about it, they played dumb and wouldn't give me the difference. Later, we asked the guy at the front desk if he could help us arrange a bus from HCMC to Cambodia. We looked up prices prior to this and found that it should only cost $14. We was very happy to help, but then told us that it would be $35 per person! He tried to claim that it costs more because of the Tet New Year and that we should book it fast because it will be sold out soon. We later found a phone to call the bus company and were told that it would still be $14 and that it was very unlikely they would sell out. Hmm, sounds like the guy at our hotel tried to screw us and pocket our money. But it didn't end there. We needed to get to the airport the next day and he told us it would be very difficult because no one would be giving rides due to the New Year. Understandable. As we asked around, we were told the same thing. He later said he could pull some strings and find us a ride very early in the morning. So we agreed. It would cost us 550 dong and a taxi would probably cost 350 dong, but we were afraid to take any chances. But wouldn't you know it, the ride he arranged for us was a taxi! He tried to make us pay him the amount and he would later give it to the taxi driver, but we of course refused. When we arrived at the airport, the meter said 3
