Arrangements were very kindly made to store our bicycles indoors. We found the staff welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our 4 day stay. There was excessive noise in the hallway late one night, clearly a lack of consideration by other guests rather than a failing of the hotel. Annoying nevertheless!

The staff was polite and helpful and the place was clean. We had attended the casino for dinner and the show, I did not like the food at the casino and was hungry when we returned to the Inn. We went to the restaurant and the young man there got me something to eat quickly and agreeable. I am a diabetic although I did not mention this to him, he was very nice to us.

Thank you so much to the manager, front desk staff, and the limo driver for making our stay at Rama wonderful! Upon arrival just prior to 3 pm check in, we were treated to freshly baked cookies in the lobby! After an almost five hour drive, it was such a great welcome. We asked for and received a king size room on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are dated in the hotel and are in need of updating, but they were clean. We really lived the limo driver and service to and from Casino Rama. She was lovely to talk with. And for $8 a drive (not per person, but car load), it was a great way to get front door service to both the hotel and casino! N/a

Location We had kids banging on our doors, patio and hall wall. They also were running up and down the hall and sat right in front of our door. From 7am -10:30am. Which is horrible when you get in from the Christmas party at 4am !!! The room itself needed to have a good wipe down. When we where getting ready to leave the next day, we noticed in spots on the headboard where it looked like people had rested there oily head.

It is a small hotel, thus more intimate and friendly service. Able to park right outside your patio doors and very easy to load/unload. Free internet, pool and hot tub. Right off of the 400 and close to many shopping and restaurant venues. Rooms very adequate with queen bed, couch, desk, etc. Very good value for the fee paid. This is what I did not like about the hotel, but not necessarily coomplaints.... 1. They do not have in-room movies and we had thought we may do this at night. 2. On the fridge there is a panel that tells fridge temperature and it actually lights up the entire room ! ! ! Not that big of deal but make sure you cover this before you go to bed...or it is a very bright "nite lite" for sleep walkers!

It was clean and the beds were nice to sleep in. The TV sucked (we were going to rent a movie-just had basic cable) Constantly heard other rooms toilets flushing at night, the bathtub tap dripped constantly (no conserving water here!) and the bathroom sink wouldnt drain.

This is an amazing place to stay with your family. It's like your own little apartment and the pool is awesome for the kids! If you have 2 children and a baby your have to upgrade to a bigger room and the price difference is huge! It was two hundred dollars more to bring all three children with us.

Great location for Golf, Horseshoe pit, Pool, Board Games can be signed out/borrowed during stay, EXCELLENT STAFF The BBQ area fills up fast and groups travelling together tend to hang out there for long periods of time after cooking their food (understandably though since picnic tables there - better than going back indoors and cramming a group into someone's room)

It's a great location for Casino Rama events, restaurants and getting onto the highway. Waffles are a nice treat for breakfast! Very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for a get-a-way.. Would have liked to stay longer.

The location was very convenient for most activities in central Ontario while also not being in the middle of urban chaos. For my small holiday there really was not anything that struck me as a problem. Perhaps, for my personal preferences, more coffee and sundry components directly in the room rather than having to wander down to the lobby.

Staff were friendly and it was in a great location. I stay in a lot of hotels for business and I always choose the Choice group of hotels because of the great value and all the amenities I receive. This however shocked me how the Choice Hotels could allow this one to be apart of it. Dirty stained rooms, holes in bedding, cigarette burns all over the non smoking room and beds are very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast consisted of toast, watered down orange juice and donuts from Tim Hortons. When I am in the area again I will not being staying at this hotel.

The price and staff were excellent. Hard to beat the price and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room had an odor to it. Not an overpowering odor, but a slight odor as if it had previously been a smoking room, converted to non-smoking. The bathroom was pretty dirty. Clean smelling, but dirty and covered in stains.

The atmosphere around the lodge was wonderful. We enjoyed the various activities we took advantage of. The food was good and plentiful and our waiter was most accommodating. Very nice place to spend a weekend. No complaints.
