Cons:
Rules of car rental were stressed upon check-in along with cleaning fees associated for smoking or pet in the car. My mother had just been hospitalized and I was in a hurry to begin my 310 mile trip. The car smelled rancid but I didn't have time to do anything else. I drove with windows cracked open and at times all windows all the way down. Very strong cigarette smoke permeated the car. Obviously it had not been cleaned enough after the last rental. Upon return of the car and discussion with Mgr, a discount of one day's rental was refunded. Cars that smell like that shouldn't be on your lot!!!70 travelers who rented a car in Henderson gave the car agency they used an average rating of 4.6
