Location, price and comfortable beds.
The shower and bathroom was very small.
Rooms clean and cheerful. Staff very helpful.
Nothing, the room was great.
Super nice staff, good location, ok price.
Very difficult to find. Ask local people, they all know the way.
very well placed for the centre of town, and in a quiet street
Hardly the hotel's fault - but we found it impossible to arrive by car. Traffic and signs were impossible.Iraklion was the worst place in Crete for finding our way.We just gave up - and went to the airport (getting once more lost on the way) returned the hire car early, and went back by taxi. This turned out to be a very wise decision.
Fine but nothing special
Close to port - easy walking distance. Quiet. Clean. Basic and close to old town.
Free wireless internet inside the room. Accessibility in the tourist center.
It takes time to get water heated. It's a waste of water to do just that.
Quiet in evening, Restaurants near-by and free wlan
Hard to find a parking place.
The location is near the city center and the port , easy access to transportation.
The hotel is hard to find.We asked many people around there and no one seems to know the hotel , or even the Lahana street where it is located. I think the hotel should provide its map prior to the arrival of the customer. The map should be in Greek since the streets of Heraklion do not have their name written in English.
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.
It was difficult to find and a bit expensive for what I received.
