Clean, comfortable, great air-conditioning, good breakfast, excellent coffee, good price, convenient location. Fan would not lower to reduce the draft. Turning the Closed Captioning on was difficult. (Most remote controls have a CC button... this one did not.)

Rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was good. There was too much chlorine in the pool and whirlpool. It was so strong it burned my eyes just being in there. It hurt the kids eyes too. Couldn't stay long in there.

Room was a good size with king bed, kitchenette, small couch, & chair.

Check in & check out was easy. The hotel staff was very friendly & very attentive to any needs. The room was very clean & spacious. The hotel had washer & dryer to do your own laundry, free of charge. The fitness room with variety of equipments. The hotel is very pet friendly. This is very good & safe place to stay for leisure or business travel. The hotel also has a pantry to buy food items to cook in your room & the prices were reasonable.

We loved that the hotel was clean and very quiet. We received a free water (included 2 bottles) gift pack in our room upon arrival. The hotel is very conveniently located and easy to find. There's a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator in the room. It was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. We did not utilize the pool, breakfast, and/or facilities while we were there for only one night. Also, we were allowed to check in early by the staff, and that was extremely helpful and appreciated. The soaps, shampoo, no conditioner, and toothpaste seemed like a hodgepodge of leftover items from previous guests. I understand many people (military personnel and families) stay there for extended periods and probably go out and purchase these items, but for those are only there for a night or two, it would only make the hotel better if there was some consistency with the products.
