I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent rental experience with your company. I rented a Fiat Scudo from your Casablanca Airport location on 06/16/2025. The day after the rental, on 06/17/2025, I received a call from the rental company to return the car because it had no license plate. I had to cancel my travel plans to come to the airport to get the plate, which used gas and additional time—resources I highly value when traveling. This clearly shows that your company failed the car inspection process, allowing the car to leave without a plate and giving me the key to drive away under those conditions. This situation should never have happened. The second issue involved the faulty air conditioning (no cold air) in the rear of the vehicle. During my rental, the rear air conditioning malfunctioned, significantly affecting my trip. I was en route to another town but had to cancel personal plans to return to the Casablanca airport to address the issue and exchange the vehicle for another. This caused considerable delays, extra paperwork, and additional expenses, including gas, time, and frustration. It not only caused major inconvenience, reduced enjoyment, and limited the usefulness of the rental car, but also negatively impacted my perception of the rental company and left a poor impression of the country. I was traveling with three friends, and they expressed great disappointment.Reviewed Jul 19 2025
