Cons: I had prepaid for a rental car two weeks in advance, and there was an additional $200 down payment that I was not aware of. I reviewed my rental agreement and did not see any mention of this. Also, they downgraded the car that I had prepaid for without notifying me.
TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!
Pros: Went to pick up vehicle after calling the location to confirm what was needed and ended up leaving with NO CAR even though it was paid for in FULL prior to pickup....APPALLED. Was left stranded for vacation!!!
Great rental experience
Pros: The guys at the Williamson County Airport Hertz office couldn't have been nicer. I had paid for a full-size car, but they didn't have one available, so I had a free upgrade to an SUV. This office is only 10 minutes from my house. I felt the rate was very reasonable.
Pros: Rent and protection is cheaper when book through Kayak
Cons: Twice more expensive when book directly at the office for extension. Live at next town from Hertz office, so we have to pay for taxi to pick up and drop off, as much as two days rent because Hertz doesn't give pick up drop off costumers from the city next to Hertz office.
