great service, fast and efficient return, fun car to drive
Pros: Fiat was fun to drive and had plenty of power for Sicily. Return was very smooth and fast, staff were kind. Marta in Palermo Hertz was particularly helpful.

Got the job done
Pros: Pick up was easy. Car was clean. Although pricy the availability of portable wifi worked very well in lieu of GPS

Charging an extra day for two minutes
Pros: The car was nice to say at least
Cons: You charged me an extra day because the employee took too long to check the car and do the paper work. I was told there is a 30minute reserve and then I get slammed by an extra €50. That's ridiculous. Do you have any respect for the customers? Why did the person at the rental told me I had a 30min cushion when I get screwed over at the end anyway?

Cons: the car was not washed well. the windows were a mess on the outside, inside was spotless. Would have liked to know about the wifi option either on the website or at the counter.
