Pros:Pickup a disaster, paid for an upgrade I never got , put in a can on wheels. Treated unfairly I think because booked online, they just didn’t care at all- no more Hertz.Cons:Whole experience.Reviewed May 19 2019

Pros:Unlimited mileage through online provider.Cons:Having to wade through wet snow to get to my vehicle. Receiving a European car that would not start unless I stepped on the brake. Was not told about this by agent and had to make phone call to resolve the problem.Reviewed Mar 14 2018

Prince George to Jasper in a Hertz Grand CherokeePros:The Hertz rep suggested I try Jeep's flagship and sweetened the offer with a big discount. I was not disappointed. The vehicle did everything we asked of it with aplomb! Hertz at Prince George airport is super convenient at literally 100 steps from flight arrivals! Try that at Heathrow!Cons:One of the rear seatbelts was difficult to disconnect. Clearly not a Hertz issue though we eventually worked out how to disconnect it (tilt the rear seat forward to provide extra clearance).Reviewed May 8 2017
