Pros:Dropoff was super easy and quick!
Cons:The selection of vehicles implied that I would get a "high-top" van which would have allowed me to get more room, but when I picked up I found out it was a regular van, and no room to move my bed etc. I also found out that there was no EasyPass in the van, making it impossible to travel on normal bridges and highways without doing cumbersome mail-in tolls.
Pros:responsive car, clean, helpful agent at desk, very good experience
Cons:no Easypass on car, found out at the last minute... :(

Pros:Nothing, No one told us that the driver and payee had to be the same name.

Cons:There was no windsheild wiper fluid in the vehicle or in the vehicle. When I drove in the highway i could not see cuz of the snow and the wipers without the fluid was a danger situation. I could have gotten in accident because of this. There should be everything in the vehicle and things in the back in case of emergencies such as this one.

Cons:I asked for a car that didn’t smell of smoke and was given one with extra air freshener but a smoky odor that emerged after I had been driving for about an hour. More importantly, the driver’s side windshield wiper broke off during a heavy rainstorm, and I could have had a serious accident. Between these problems and an issue with the previous car I rented from Hertz, I have yet to be given a penny of a refund because I made the mistake of prepaying. I will certainly not ever use Hertz again!

Pros:The price was what brought me to this location.
Cons:The place was filthy and didn’t have any cars when I showed up! I paid days in advance, but they were out of cars and this went for everyone else who had booked a car. When a car did show up, I was told it would take a while for it to be cleaned, but I had a six hour drive ahead of me and took it as is. It was fitting the car was dirty like the rental office was. I doubt I’ll rent from them again.
