Cons:I specifically put VPS airport in for pick up and drop off. When I arrived I found the location was thirty minutes away off site. The agent told me it happens every single day to people who book thru you! That airport has several different names and is very confusing. Your site does NOT make it clear when booking it is an offsite location! I had to purchase a completely new rental!

Employees were unhelpful and lost the sale by not just explaining the process. Rather they were rude and acted as though we were bothering them

Cons:Vehicle was nice and clean and there weren’t any issues with the billing. The only complaint is when we got to the pickup location the office was locked and there was a sign stating they had to leave to assist another customer. I get that happens but we waited for over an hour along with several other customers. It was kind of a pain getting to the rental location from the airport but considering it was 1/3 of the price I would do it again.
