Cons:Tried to cancel reservation because I didn’t have proper paperwork

Cons:We were not made aware of the additional charge for a second driver until after returning the car, when it was too late to decline. We mentioned that we had not been made aware that there was a charge and had not signed. We were charged anyway, which almost doubled the rent price

Pros:Quick and easy pickup. Including excellent response to request to change to a bigger vehicle due to passengers with "too much luggage." And a few days later, could downsize vehicle after getting rid of the overbaggaged passengers. And Hertz made no hard sell for unwanted and overpriced insurance. Absolutely outstanding.
