Pros: Clean, liked room layout , good water pressure in shower, nice breakfast selections, staff friendly. Convenient Parking
Cons: Closet door was off track and had to be adjusted. Safe did not open easily maibtenance was promot but suggested to basically bang on the safe door to facilitate opening.
Pros: A nice quiet room with a separate spacious living area plus a 2nd TV. The mini-fridge and microwave oven. The entire hotel was really clean including the stairways. The nice breakfast selection was much better than what I've seen at other hotels.
Cons: As a personal preference, I like to sleep on a much firmer mattress, nonetheless I still enjoyed a good night's sleep.
Pros: The location was ideal. The price was reasonable. And the room was very spacious & comfortable.
Cons: I requested an early check-in and was told that it would not be a problem. But when I arrived, I still had to wait several hours to check-in.

Pros: I liked easy parking, free drink at Stage House Tavern (with room key), convenient location to my client meeting, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, and very comfortable bed.
Cons: There was some noise of person above me. I could here them every time they walked. I thought maybe it was just my room or that person. But then heard same feedback from a colleage that was starying with me on floor above. Hot water took a long time to get going from the bathroom sink. When it finally came was just slightly warm. Ended up shaving with cold/room temp water. Also, the iron had the tempurature setting worn off so I had to guess the setting and hopefully not burn my pants. They fitness center is tiny, just a few machines and some barbells, but was adequate for me.

Pros: This place is nice, roomy, quiet and the guys are real people i.e. they talk to you and smile in natural way. I loved it.
Cons: Nope- all was great great great
Cons: The hold on your card for incidentals take a week to release thats too long.
Pros: Great price nice atmosphere makes you feel at home. Definitely will be back
Pros: The room service was horrible. I literally had to call and ask to have the room cleaned. The carpet was not vaccumed for the four days I stayed. I will never go back to that place ever again, I've never experienced such service in any hotels.
Pros: I liked the hotel. Room was very nice. I didn't stay long but having a sitting area & kitchen was a nice feature for the cost.
Thanks for your hospitality! Looking forward to visiting again and seeing the finished renovations. God Bless and Merry Christmas!!!
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff from my initial phone call to our actual check in. Clean room and very spacious. Location was excellent. Again, the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to provide us with the best room possible!!!
Cons: Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. It was not ready during the hour posted, nor was there any kind of hot food. We do know there is major renovation going on- so this might just be a temporary issue. Would not keep us from coming back!
An extended stay property with an apparent mix of business travelers and local clientele.
Pros: Room spaciousness
Cons: Housekeeping staff entered room in my absence, emptied the contents of the kitchen and even took with them personal possessions well before my 11:00 AM checkout, causing substantial unnecessary delays and expense that exceeded the room price.
Pros: Like the room set up.. Loved the basketball court. ..
Cons: The only issue I had was there was a spider web all over the windows and curtains. ....like a BIG ONE... If we all could see it, I know someone else had to. Then the room wasn't ready but that was it...
Cons: Breakfast was lacking food. Food not refilled. Waffle iron filthy. Attendant was indifferent. Almost out of all food with supposedly 1/2 left.
Pros: Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. This hotel is ideal for staying with family or a group.
Cons: No elevator for the 2nd floor. The television sets are very old and small.
Pros: Staff was courteous and friendly.
Cons: Kitchen sink leaked.
Pros: The rooms are quite spacious and a very useful kitchen. The beds are clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is excellent with fresh fruit juices. Evening social gathering with snacks on a few days of the week.
Cons: TVs are still old fashioned.Bath tubs and sofas can do with some upgrade.

Pros: Location was convenient. Overall the hotel was a huge disappointment.
Cons: We arrived the bathroom was flooded. We were moved to another room which was dirty. Dust all over the appliances and a sticky substance on the refrigerator and drove. We will never go back to this establishment.
Pros: Nice hotel!! I would stay there again....
Pros: The location was very good and the room was comfortable.
Cons: There was no hot water and the air temp was off.
Pros: It was like having a home
Cons: That it didn't really work for two people
Pros: Good rate, facilities located near my business.
Pros: Comfy big room for a great price. CLEAN. Comfy and spacious desk and table area. Thanks.
Cons: The only issue seems to be the HVAC units not syncing well with the wall mounted thermostats.
Pros: Kitchenette and spacious room
Cons: Gum stain in carpet
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, functional room. Loved the pantry. Also, their dog fee/policy was very reasonable - thank you from my pooch and me.
Cons: It was a little far from the highway, but that's not a big deal.
Pros: Hotel was clean, convenient parking, near major highways and stores.
Cons: No dislikes.
Pros: The hotel was good. Staff was friendly. The room was nicer than expected.
Pretty clean; did not explain how hot plate worked (must be turned on with a timed dial located behind it). It was not clear at all.
Cons: Final price charged was not what was advertised as price when room was booked and was considerably more.
For some reason I never really have a problem with the front staff but for some reason I was ask question back! Had no sheet he tell me to look in closet witch I already did that why I ask for sheets! And extra towel to wipe the floor form the towel! Sorry we can't give you any towels! Remote was missing sorry there aren't anymore
Cons: The room they give me is always the same either 302 or301 there were sheets missing , no remote controll for living tv , towel is always over flowing , the air conditioning always blow hot air! Or the room is dirty! For some reason this was the worst stay

Cons: We arrived at 3:40am & the ac was broken in our room & they had no other room to put us in until the morning
Pros: Everything was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The continental breakfast left much to be desired but free is free.
Cons: The night manager criticized the day manager unnecessarily even though he was able to fix the issue. No customer should need to be informed of personal discontent over the prior managers mistake. Simply apologize on behalf of the company, fix the issue and move on. It was unprofessional to slight a fellow coworker to a customer. That kind of thing should be taken care of in a private meeting with the coworker, to teach him what he could have done better.
Pros: The free breakfast was very complete with many options to choose from
Cons: I reserved a king bed, but when I got to hotel, was given 2 regular size beds and the end of the hall. It was apparent that the hotel was not full, so the only reason I can find is that I booked with a discounted service, therefore I did not get the room I requested.
Pros: Hotel itself was fine
Cons: I booked a room with a king bed through kayak, I received a room with two twin beds. I immediately addressed my problem with the front desk and was told since I booked it through a third party I would have to contact them. I was further told they were sold out and there was probably nothing that could be done anyway. I was tired and did not have time to address it with kayak so I let it be. I will book in the future directly with the hotels.
Pros: They were able to change the date to Saturday after I made the mistake of reserving it for Sunday, the staff was very professional and nice.
Cons: The room smelled like someone left the window open when it rained so it had a wet carpet smell
Cons: The hotel is completely smoke-free so there was no surprise stinky room. We arrived very late and the overnight staff is friendly and helpful. They had free breakfast when we were there although I did not see that listed on the website. This hotel is approximately 7 1/2 miles from rutgers University.
Pros: Comfy bed, friendly & helpful staff, nice continental breakfast. Great value for $$

Pros: food was good
location was clean
employee's were very nice and helpful
Cons: I was double charged the day i arrived i asked if my debit card was going to be just for incidentals, I was told yes. however, due to some sort of issue my card was charged again for my stay causing the entire trip to be more grief stricken than enjoyable.
food was expensive, ate from the kids meal and it was more than enough food
Pros: Staff was nice and responsive.
Cons: The hotel needs renovation - it was pretty worn looking. Also, the tavern was closed, which was not noted on the website (my husband was unable to watch a game he planned to see because it wasn't on in the room and the tavern was closed. Finally, as a conference hotel, it would have been nice to have been given a room with fewer conference guests. We stayed on a floor that was occupied by a very large group attending a conference. There was a great deal of noise and socializing in the hallways.
Pros: Awesome hotel. Housekeeping did a great job. Everything was super clean. Front desk - so so. Beds are really comfortable. Would definitely go back if they cheer up the front desk a bit. A cookie just doesn't cut it.

Pros: If you're in the area, you have lots of choices. This is a decent hotel. Not excellent but does the job for a decent stay. Can't say anything extraordinary nor anything bad.
Cons: Everything seems to be in order.
Pros: I only liked the strategic location for the purpose of my trip
Cons: Staff should carefully review rooms for water leaks and other hazards that might be encounter by a guest prior designation of a room.
I encounter a water leak that affected my clothing and shoes when discovered in the morning.
Second, if you rely on the shuttle service plan ahead and get other means of returning to the hotel. There is no one driving the shuttle from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Pros: Confortable beds. Clean.
Cons: Stayed 2 nights .in diferant rooms.
Rug had few dirt spots.very visible about 10 inches each in both room.
The rest of the room was clean.
They should clean those spots.
Will go back again.
Cons: Dog next door was barking all night and then started from 6 am till 10 am. called front desk several time. only to hear '"sorry about that'. in the morning the guest locked the dog in the room and went out.
Pros: was a convenient location for where i needed to be
Cons: for the hotel room it was a little pricey

Pros: Location was close to where we wanted to be. That's it
Cons: Staff are not very firendly. Breakfast is bad with only coffee, store muffins and granola bars.
Pros: The kitchen area
Cons: This hotel needs several updates. The bathroom sink and tub were stopped up, disgusting, the tub wasn't cleaned well, hair in the tub and on bathroom floor. The laundry room and stairway had garbage on the floors.
Pros: Full kitchen. easy access to major highway and decent restaurants inarea
Cons: Everything is basic.
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff.
Cons: Unclean room. Had to change my room. First room was even dirtier with no toiletries
Pros: Location and staff. This is a 2 star option not a 2.5
Pros: The value was good
Cons: The high speed Internet was horrible. I had to pay for speed fast enough to watch Netflix. That's horrible
Pros: Just OK
Cons: The room was smelly. We did not get the bed choice we wanted. Staff was not that polite.
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The smell of smoke was everywhere. The hotel had some sketchy people in the stairwell and smoke free rooms still smelled like smoke. Shampoo was in such a small bottle that did not last very long.
Pros: Convenient, economical, clean, attentive
Cons: Breakfast is has less on it. This time no fruit. The free internet is horribly slow.
When you stay at Extended Stay America - Somerset, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Rutgers University. Free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Bonuses like refrigerators, refrigerators, and microwaves are in all apartments.
Cons: Somerset-Bridgewater and Hotels.com blamed each other for the confusion, after 3 hours of the circus, I decided to book another hotel down the road that worked out much better.
I have stayed at the Bridgewater when it was the Marriott, it was Ok then, seems to have plummeted to a new low. Never booking here again and no hotels through hotels.com.
Pros: -The rate
Cons: -the elevator (old and rickety. Another guest put his arm in to stop the door but it continued to close after contact. My wife pressed the open button to no avail. Good thing he was able to pull it out in time).
-The overall decor and overall ambience. From afar the hotel looks great, but up close it really shows its age, and not in a good way. They say they're going to do a remodel soon, perhaps if I'm in the area I'll give it another go.
Pros: Very worn down place. Really shows its age. Rooms dinghy. Not up kept
Cons: The area is surrounded by hotels. U can do way better for less money
Pros: Nice lobby, restaurant okay. Rooms average size
Cons: It was freezing! And we adjusted the room temp. S freezing
Pros: My stay was great the staff is amazing room service was great
Cons: old and worn
Pros: The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable
Cons: Although I booked a king size bed, I was told that none were available and was forced into a double bed room. The service was terrible from my first interaction and through checkout. I could not plug anything into the television (my computer for work purposes) due to policy the hotel claimed was in place to protect the tvs from being damaged. Yet the hotel took 50 dollars from my card to cover damage and/or incidentals. I did not use any room service nor did I charge anything to the room, yet the money has not been returned to my card. This was one of the worst experiences at a hotel that I have ever been through. I would have gladly taken my money back since they could not offer me the room that I booked, but my card had been charged prior to check in and I could not get a refund despite my protests. I highly doubt that I will book through a third party vendor again, and I definitely will never stay at the Somerset Hotel again.
Cons: The hotel reception and restaurant downstairs smelled really bad and the food served in the restaurant was way below average.
Pros: Breakfast was very good. There was a variety of foods and everything tasted good.
Cons: The room was a bit small for the cost.
Pros: Nice big spacious rooms, with toilet and shower separate from wash basin.
Cons: No eating possibilities around hotel. You need car, nearest eating-possibility at least 10 minutes by car. No fridge available
Situated in the business district, this hotel is 0.3 mi (0.4 km) from Garden State Convention Center and within 6 mi (10 km) of Rutgers University and Protechockey Ponds Ice Center. Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park and TD Bank Ballpark are also within 6 mi (10 km).
Cons: Rooms sub-par. Was moved 4 times. Two faulty heaters,1 bad TV. Maint. man said to pull plug to shut it off. He pulled it and entire outlet came out, including sparks. Wastebask emptied 2x out of 5 nights & no vacuuming.Towel bar fell off & was not fixed.
Cons: No hot water. No working refrigerator. No ice machine
Pros: Place smells
Cons: No bell boy to assist the customers
Pros: room was spacious. hotel was close to where i needed to be.
Cons: staff was bumbling around at the desk at 11.30pm saying there was a shift change. that isn't my fault. i shouldn't have to wait. no way to reduce the temperature in my room. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros: The manner
Cons: No elevator the air condition was lukewarm and it smelled
Cons: Given the room key, let myself in, it was clear there was already someone staying there. It was disconcerting to see, to think that person's privacy was invaded when I was given a key to their room.I have not been credited for the cheaper room I was given
Pros: Really not much
Cons: For the price of $---- it was unacceptable. The room was smelly, the floor carpet was covered with stains, paint, the bedding seemed to not have been changed. I stay in a lot of hotels in this price category and this was the worse experience.
This Hotel has a little far away from Bedminster, and we are very difficult to find some restaurent near by this Hotel, if this Hotel can provide the shuttle bus for customer, that is perfect
Pros: I like this Hotel's breakfast very much
Cons: WIFI signal is very poor and can not access internet in room
Pros: Staffs were good and helpful.
Cons: Blankets were torn. Some bedsheets had stains and not cleaned properly. Although rooms were spacious, they should have been cleaned and maintained better. Won't recommend families travelling with kids. No bread in break fast other than bagle
Pros: Very little.
Cons: It was not a luxurious experience.
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunate that I cannot remeber names but kudos to the staff. To give perspective, lost my luggage at the airport, receptionist drove and waited for an hour at the store.
Cons: The location of the hotel, which has very few basic amenities around.
Madison Suites Hotel puts you within a 15-minute drive of Rutgers University. Guests can visit the 24-hour fitness center for a workout, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like kitchenettes and sofa beds, along with Tempur-Pedic beds and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: I liked that a restaurant was right next door. That if you don't mind going to Hooters.
Cons: I didn't like the walls of the hotel were very thin. I could hear the people in the other room very clearly. I couldn't sleep well at all because of that.
Pros: The beds were one of he most comfortable I have ever layed on. Staff was friendly.
Cons: They were painting in the next room to us. It didn't really smell but he was there working very early the morning we had to checkout. And we had no ice or vending machines on our floor.
Pros: The location.
Cons: The rooms overall cleanliness was mediocre at best. The sheets had stains on them, the surfaces of the furniture had grout on them, the bathroom had grout and random pieces of hair scattered all over the bath tub and sink. Furthermore, the floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed in months. The elevators were malfunctioning the entire stay. I was very unsatisfied with my stay and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: The hotel was too old and should not be on your list
Cons: It is different from what is advertised. Old woman at counter is mean and a a fraud. I booked non-smoking and wanted a small fridge, I met strong smell of cigar smoke in the room, so I complained. She said I should sort myself or leave. Still got charged
Has a lot of potential as a really nice motel. A little care would go a long way given its potential charm. Nice location set back from traffic with an apple tree in the lot. The Sunset Motel had a lot of potential.
Pros: Hanging out outside the room in the open air. There was also an apple tree in the parking lot that had heaps of fruit on it! That was neat picking our own snacks.
Cons: The hotel management should buy a vacuum. There were cobwebs and dead insects in every corner. I didn't find any bed bugs, though, that was nice. The bed encasements were torn and patched with duct tape, rendering then useless.
Pros: Motel needs to be updated and there needs to be a thorough cleaning done.
Pros: The location...right on highway 202 across from mcdonalds
Cons: It was very old looking
It is unlikely I would stay again now that i know there is a holiday inn down the block. the room was clean but the age would make you wonder. the bed was crunchy, floor was crunchy, the ac worked great but was very loud. the room was pretty small, but had a table, TV, desk and a small closet area. The wifi was provided by a box on the street that didn't allow as many devices connected as they had rooms. There was very little in the way of lighting unless you open the windows. It is perfect if you are very tired and just don't want to sleep in your car. To any couples, if I had a girlfriend I could not have allowed her sleep in these conditions. To any single guy that doesn't want to sleep in his car...go for it. To any single woman...go to the holiday inn right down the street.
Pros: You know your in trouble when the best thing is adequate parking.
Cons: It is stuck in the 80s, a little run down and a little sticky.
Cons: Hotel was really old. No Refrigerator. The room is filled with cigarette smell including the beds.
Old motel-style facility with exterior entrance to each room and parking right outside the room. Old building, old furniture, old linens, though seemingly reasonably clean. Innkeeper (owner?) was pleasant. Met my needs for an inexpensive place to lay my head for a short night. Might go back again to save $$ if alone, but would definitely not take my wife!
Pros: Very low price for the area but adequate for my needs (quick place to lay my head for a short night). Location suited my needs as well. Innkeeper was pleasant.
Cons: Old building, furniture, linens, fixtures.
