Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy space features a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen for easy meals. Take in ocean views from the balcony, lounge by the pool, or walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, restaurants, and the Tiki Hut. A budget-friendly stay in the heart of Hilton Head’s main beach! ️️ As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! ️ Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
