A great stay but definitely missed the continental breakfast that is a staple of most Holiday Inn Express!

Dean, May 2025 - Holiday Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport By IHG
Proximity to both Phoenix airport and ASU campus was excellent. Staff were overall friendly and helpful. Furnishings in hotel lobby and guest rooms (beds not included) need updating or at least serious attention to cleaning cause they were pretty dirty. Also, wood doors throughout hotel need repair and repainting. Breakfast was ok at best, food was very generic.

Whitney, May 2020 - Holiday Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport North By IHG
Pros (+) The property is nice and the rooms are spacious.
Cons (-) The room had food left in the fridge from previous guest. Dead cricket in the corner and a gray washcloth left in sink. Called housekeeping to come get it and perhaps tidy the room, but no one came, so I left it outside the door.
