Front desk was very rude and accomadating. Shower leaked everywhere sent no one to help gave us towels to mop up ourselves. Hotel was empty Sunday morning and would not give us a late check out and sent someone at1105 to make sure we were leaving our room. Room was overpriced. The only helping person was the maid on our floor

So clean! Helpful, friendly staff. A really nice stopover. The in-room Keurig serves up bilge water, but whatever.

My room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. There was a bar and restaurant. Breakfast for $10 was a nice buffet and well worth it, juices, fruit, fresh eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, pastries, bagels. Nice bar. The dinner menu was limited and just OK. Good location for Phoenix North. Good price from internet deals.

Pros (+) The bed was big & comfy, there were a lot of hand sanitizer stations around, the staff was friendly & helpful, quick & easy check in & check out.
Cons (-) The pool was open, which would've been nice if there was any sort of monitoring to limit how many people could be there & for how long considering there's a pandemic.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great, coffee on demand is a fantastic feature.
Cons (-) Very strange that as a single traveller I could only get a room with two double beds, no room with a single bed.
