Okay
Matthew, Dec 2024 - Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Airport
We stayed here for one night, based on the fact that they had a shuttle and it was near the airport. We called the shuttle upon arrival, and ended up waiting 40 minutes before we gave up on the shuttle and took a taxi. Once we got to the hotel, they told us that we were not where we were “supposed” to be.

Old facility. Doors and walls are thin. Staff called my room twice trying to figure out where loud tv was coming from both times waking me up. Dirty wash cloth in my room. Just dirty and poorly staffed.

David, Feb 2021 - Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Airport
Pros (+) Location, coffee, price
Cons (-) I called you address sink that would not drain. Was not fixed in a four day / three night stay. Someone else’s clothes were left in the room when we checked in. Dirty wash cloth was left in shower. Really makes me question the cleaning protocol.

Anonymous, May 2018 - Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Downtown
Pros (+) I like the location right in the heart of downtown Phoenix.
Cons (-) This hotel made me think of a roadside motel. The rooms are very small and cramped, the air conditioning is so noisy that getting a good nights sleep is next to impossible. The valet parking is ridiculously expensive at $33. Find another hotel to really enjoy Phoenix, the jewel of Arizona’s crown!
