Jonah, Nov 2023 - Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore
I was quoted a certain price then was charged $75 for my dog and $14 for parking and bringing it from $220 to $320 and that made it not worth it. My dog doesn’t shed and doesn’t need $75 worth of cleaning and half our floor in the first room leaked water which caused more “damage” to the room than my dog would ever cause. Bullshit.

Cons (-) Workers in room service were not in when I called. The recording said to leave my name and room number, so they will call me back when they returned. I never got a call. I ended up calling them back.

Anonymous, Oct 2015 - Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Scottsdale
Pros (+) The hotel was very nice. Rooms were ample size (suites) - more than enough room for one person. The complimentary evening cocktails and beer and wonderful complimentary breakfast overlooking the golf course and mountains were a nice bonus! Very unexpected and appreciated!
Cons (-) The only complaint I have is there was no free WiFi. The fee was $15 per day which is a little steep in my opinion. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.
