Lots of noise - from the room overhead with kids (I hope) jumping around to the outdoor firepit area where someone was listening to music well into the night. Also had very low water pressure (so hard to get a clean rinse during a shower) and a weird "opposite" label on the single handle tap for the walk in shower - showed hot to counterclockwise max and cold to clockwise even though it was opposite. And yes, that means the hottest water was present as soon as the tap was opened - logically, some plumbing contractor connected the hot and cold lines opposite of what they should have been. Then there was the fact that the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash trio were sitting on the small shelf, completely free from the shower stall while a big gooey mess of adhesive was still on the shower wall from the last set of fluids. And finally, an incomplete tile job at the bottom of the shower pan had an odd "flare" to the edges of the wallpaper. And we're Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite members who usually get a nice room upgrade who made a reservation weeks in advance... imagine what you get when you're Joe off the street checking in at 9pm after driving hundreds of miles! Easily the most disappointing stay ever in a Marriott property.
