Pros: The breakfast at this Embassy Suites was good. The location was also good. There were a variety of selections for the hot and cold meals. Staff was great and responded well with the requests of the residents. I would suggest more fruit of the fruit bar but other than that everything worked out well for us during our stay.
Cons: The fruit bar at this location could have been better with more choices and the choices for breakfast meats for the hot breakfast could be expanded with more choices. Also the hours for breakfast could be a little longer. People were still coming in after breakdown but they were still served which was great.

This has been our first choice mainly for the great location close to NC State and literally in walking distance of bars, restaurants, ice cream shop and o yeah Harris Teeter is right across the street.
Cons: This is a growing area with some construction going on from time to time you could smell fumes while outside by the pool from the ongoing construction across the street, which I understand is out of the control of the Hyatt House.

So i called corporate and told them what had happen and didn't get much help other than im sorry , im still waiting on my 132 refund to come back into my account they told me it might take seven days for my refund , what if i was an older person who was not as savvy with checking their bank statements, that money 132 dollars would have never been discovered I wil never ever stay there again or any hyatt hotel

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place to stay and the breakfast was good
Cons: Everything was just fine. I couldn’t complain about anything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stay at lots of places and what I loved about this one is that they actually had a refrigerator and a microwave!! We had a King suite and the room was set up great, the bed was very comfortable, I didnt like the pillows too well but they had an extra pillow and blanket inside the closet so once I got the 3rd pillow it gave me the feeling I was looking for. They had lots and lots of cable channels, more than most! The walls were very thin, but that was ok. We stayed two nights and the housekeeper came and cleaned the rooms very well during the stay and gave new towels and rags. They had like a little kitchenette area which I liked. My husband was very satisfied and so was I. We would stay again and reccomend others here!
Cons: I didn't like the thin walls, the pillows weren't as fluffy as I'm used to, but when I added a pillow it worked good, and I didnt like that a worker just walked in our room without knocking or warning us and it wasn't even close to check out time! My husband and I was just laying in the bed and here comes someone peeping at us at 9:30am! Thankfully we were covered!

Pros: Clean facilities, located within 5 minutes from the airport, onsite restaurant, Starbucks, bar, etc.

Cons: Nothing really!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Room was very comfortable
7.0 Good
Pros: The buffet breakfast that both sides of the Marriott can partake in was not listed as an option and the only way we found out about it was on the second morning from a friendly staff person. It was a good breakfast but not well advertised as a perk. Very nice lobby and hang out area. Nice outside firepit and seating area.
Cons: The "green" option for cooling was not good. The room was warm and took so much time to cool down we thought the AC was broken. If it's motion sensored that's a questionable system for hot and humid places like NC and - for night time when it's not going to be triggered much. Room seemed humid and too warm for ideal sleeping temp.

Pros: I really appreciated the friendly and knowledgable front desk staff. They were very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I loved they layout of my room and the pool(even though I couldn't enjoy it) looked amazing and the people in the pool looked like they were having tons of fun!
Cons: Can't say there was anything I didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They hotel was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, pleasant, and friendly. I asked for a little something pink in the room for my granddaughter and they went out of their way a deliveried!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The style of rooms is perfect for our family. 2 TVs? Heaven.
Cons: The only complaint I have is that we are coffee drinkers and the pod style is not able to be bought in stores. So we didn't have enough.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Pleasantly
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good price. Very clean and pretty property with a short walking trail. They have a good breakfast buffet (pastries, waffles, fruit, some hot dishes, coffee, tea, juice). Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The sink was in an awkward location outside the bathroom. The light switch for the bathroom was outside with the sink, which was in the entryway. So if you turned off that light, the person in the shower would be in the dark (no switch in the bathroom to turn back on-have to come out of the bathroom to switch the light back on). If we stay here again would see if there are rooms with different set-up. The eggs (pre-made omelets in a chafing dish) included in the breakfast buffet looked good, but tasted awful.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: I did not like breakfast. The location is very small. the room is not comfortable
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and very convenient. Although we did not use it the outside patio and pool area was very good for a family event.
6.0 Good
Pros: 2 bedroom suite worked well for father and daughter in town for a multi day swim meet (requiring afternoon rest by the swimmer). Mattress was fine.
Cons: Absolutely nothing plush about the space. Bedding was sad. The layer above the sheet (I can't call it a blanket) seemed like a thin mattress pad. It was soft. The coverlet had to be flammable. Both were only about as wide as the bed making it challenging for 2 people sharing the bed to have covers.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I really like the outside area ! Very nice to have a drink or chill at the swimming pool. The property is located in the wood so you have some shade. Very appreciable for hot summer days.
Cons: Breakfast was basic.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I really loved how clean everything was and how nice the staff was to me. The bed was also very comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom was more compact than i was expecting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast. Friendly Staff. I had left my garment bag from the previous week and was surprised that it was waiting for me in my room's closet this week. Great Happy Hour Social during the week with complementary food and Wine/Beers.

Pros: My family enjoyed the breakfast and also the cleanliness.
Cons: I hated the smell as soon as you walked into the hotel! Smelled like smoke/ moldy, and one of the rooms that we were staying at had a musky smell to it. Also the bathrooms looked like they needed to be remodeled.

Pros: The room was very tidy and quite large.

Pros: Beds were clean and comfortable and a quiet hotel with undisturbed sleep. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Bathroom was a little funky, stains on the shower wall. Large step into the bathtub, then a large step out of the bathtub—had to be very careful getting in and out. Handicapped hand rail helped or I would have fallen.

Cons: The pillows were not comfortable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Pros: I loved the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. One of our TVs has a crack in it that somewhat hindered the screen we mentioned it to avoid being blamed for it and the staff had it replaced the next day while we were at work. Free breakfast and complimentary evening cookies were great

7.0 Good
Pros: They had a bar on site, the bed was comfy
Cons: Walked in the first night to a extremely loud party in the lobby. Kept finding black hairs places, like bathroom and sink. Paid $10 more on booking.com for “full English breakfast” that’s free regardless so don’t pay more for something that doesn’t exist.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The beds are super comfortable with the best pillows ever! It was a great place to stay in Raleigh!
6.8 Good
Pros: Spacious and clean room. Breakfast and location were good.
Cons: Room wasn't ready until 3:30 PM, Staff attitude was unacceptable. Room keys were disabled at 11:00 in the morning of the check-out. The front desk's attitude, "Oh, its almost 12 O'clock" (time to check-out). Had to make a couple of up&down trips to the front desk to unsuccessful re-activate the keys. Had to look for room service staff for help as the maintenance guys were too long to allow us back in the room to collect our luggage for check-out.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were big clean..better breakfast than most hotels. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Front desk person has to do everything from answering phone to check in to working bar all alone.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: We are Hyatt rewards members so we exclusively stay at only Hyatt hotels. Some are better than others. This hotel was better than some of the ones we have stayed in and not as nice as others. I would say it met my expectations.
Cons: There was a loose tile in my bathroom that moved when I stepped on it. It should be repaired. At one point my room keys didn't work and I was told that the staff member who activated my keys didn't check us in properly and that we were put down as a no show. It was a little uncomfortable standing in the lobby in our wet bathing suits trying to get back into our room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and big rooms

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The shower was really big and nice. The room was nice and clean as well.
Cons: The staff walked into our room four times even after us telling them not to come in or to hold on or that we weren’t decent (and they still continued walking in)and two times i was not dressed and the other time my boyfriend had just gotten out of the shower. We even locked the door with both locks and they still tried to come in. 4 times within 2 hours, even though we didn’t ask for anything, it was just housekeeping asking if we needed anything. And we asked for pillows yet that took 2 hours to get.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hampton Inn’s are our go to vacation stops. You can expect the same service, cleanliness, and great service. The Raleigh-Crabtree location is very convenient to Food and entertainment.
6.8 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good!
Cons: From the start, the check in process was messed up. When I booked, I advised I would be a late check in. On check in day, I called to let them know it would be later, after midnight check in. After our 10 hr drive from FL, we arrive and the lady at the front desk said because I was a no show, my reservation was canceled, I should have called. So, I showed her that I did call and she said she would try to get me another room. She still said I didn’t call, so I showed her the number I called, what time, etc. After she finally got us a room, it was a king bed. I explained I needed a double! Anyway, as I’m out with my family and our family reunion the next afternoon, i receive an email that says, thanks for your stay, here’s your final bill. I was checked out! I had a 2 night reservation, but they checked us out! So, I had to leave the reunion to take care of that mess. This time, it was another lady who just kept saying she was confused and didn’t know what I was talking about etc. I eventually was just too upset and just told her, i don’t care what u do, just give me another night because that’s what we were expecting and reserved.. So, she worked it out, but it was just too much of a headache and super inconvenience...
