Car was very dirty dog hair everywhere lots of sticky stuff around gear shift an windshield wiper switch was broken an it rained the hole time we had the vehicle #will never from that location again9.2 Wonderful

The rental location was rather small and the cars are tightly packed into the small lot which made it difficult to leave and enter the lot.4.8 Mediocre

No radio!! Ridiculous! Just Sirius advertising Drop off was atrocious. My designated drop off site had been closed for months. Ran around for an hour, spent an hour on the phone. They had to tow it from my homeBudget

I typed in Pittsburgh Airport for my pick up/drop off location assuming it would be at the airport. When I went to the counter, I was told it was an offsite location 15 miles away...6.4 Okay

Guy while returning the car was in a bad mood. Shouted where to park, and then was just rude in general. Overall wont be dealing with this store again.4.8 Mediocre

Pros:
The guy working the counter was awesome. The old lady was rude, rushed, and in a panic with 3 customers there. She pre-allocated out the damage form and then got mad I didn't sign it before seeing the car. Then when I saw it there was two very noticible dents through the paint. The guy working the counter was awesome or I would have given the experience 1 star.Cons:

I had to wait an hour and a half to get my car. And was given a large SUV instead of a compact car, which, while it was the same rental price, cost me more in gas.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
