Pros (+) Loved the shuttle!!! Both Dwayne and Tony were awesome to take us places and pick us up!! They were both super nice!!!

Pros (+) We loved everything except the pool. Awesome room, dining, accommodations, etc

Pros (+) The facilities were nice. Large, clean room. Exercise room and pool areas looked very nice although we didn't use them.
Cons (-) Staff was frequently boarder line rude. Generally not attentive to needs. Food served was edible and that's about as nice as I can say. The 'kitchen staff' made very little attempt to make things appealing.

Pros (+) I liked having a full kitchen in which I could prepare some meals so I didn't have to eat out all the time. The shuttle they provided saved me money on transportation. The breakfast had a lot of options and the pool was larger than I expected. The highlight of the hotel however was the friendly helpfulness of the staff at every level.
Cons (-) I can't think of anything I didn't like.
