Diamond head needs updated. Holes in the walls and grout in bathroom. Bathtub was cracked. Stayed at many hiltons and this one just didn’t meet their usual standards
T
8.0 Very good
Oceanfront has great view of the entire Waikiki beach. Room is spacious. Facilities are well kept and expansive.
J
10.0 Wonderful
Everything was great u til the last day when the power went out. Not the Hurons problem but still an inconvenience as folks were getting ready to leave. Over all however a terrific experience.
H
8.0 Very good
I booked a ocean view at the Rainbow Tower. I was told that I had to pay $50 additiona at night l for me there. Parking is super expensive.
M
2.0 Poor
Basic necessities were not provided upon request. We are talking things like utensils and hot water for medicine. Facilities were terrible, with 2 out of the four elevators out of order, and resulting in us waiting 10-15 to get to our room. The ice machine was not working on our floor. Mostly importantly, the hotel did not have disable parking accommodation, which is a federal requirement. We were to park in the valet section, but nothing was available. We’d have to park on the 4th or 5th level despite requesting for the accommodation. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and not planning on staying there upon my return.
A
5.9 Fair
Hotel facilities are run down and very unclean main areas in buildings. Disappointing for a Hilton. Location is excellent and with better management it would have been a masterpiece.

Water fountains.

4.0 Mediocre
Pros:Tropics restaurant, location
Cons:Folks were robbed at the check in desk in broad daylight, pillow request failed, room maintenance was needed severely, and security doesn’t exist for unruly guest.
J
2.0 Poor
Pros:Hilton has implemented a “clean stay” program to help ensure everyone can stay in a clean environment
Cons:Do not stay here until Covid is over. Essentially no food is available all through the “village”. The Hilton website does not make it clear that everything is closed and only a handful of venues are available to handle 3800 guest rooms. It is like Fyre Festival

Pros:Location, staff, super comfy beds!
