The staff were super helpful and always friendly and welcoming
The elevators broke down a few times
Staff is very friendly And helpful. Sucks property is not nice because their staff is great
Old hotel. Old rooms. Money better spent elsewhere and parking 50 a day. Ridiculous
Location is great
Pool closed at 6pm, no where to hang out, our deck was small in the back and noisy. Small ugly room, not great.
Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were upgraded to an ocean view room, which was great. The hotel is close to the beach and lots of restaurants, but in a fairly quiet location. It was nice to have a free drink at Lulu's offered. The decor is a bit dated but the rooms are very clean.
There is not much offered for the resort fee and it makes the total price for a room higher than initially posted.
Hotel never answers outside phone calls, and never returns calls. Room was musty, and clammy, you could hear water dripping in the A/C unit overhead, power went out in the hotel on day 2, A/C did not work on day 3 and we had maintenance in to try and fix it but could not get the room down below 70, so had to get a fan brought in. Room had the worst of all possible "Ocean view" rooms. Service at the front desk and in Lulus was indifferent. Food and drink in Lulu's was sub par (we had free drink tickets and decided to not use them). Lobby was under construction and a mess. "Resort fee" is rip off as all it gets you low speed wi-fi, free towels at the pool and some discounts on outside services (which we did not use).
