Avis charged $200 for security. I returned the car safely and perfectly the same day. Now they want to keep my $200 for up to two weeks. Ridiculous!

I had to wait over 30 minutes for my vehicle to be ready. I also reserved an 8 seat van but only received a 7 seat van. It was too late to try and find another van.

No one was there at counter when I arrived. 1-800 number was unhelpful. Had to rent with another company. I won’t use budget again.
