Pros: The service was great. And the breakfast was awesome. Even the staff was so friendly and helpful. The hot soup at the end of the day was a plus.Thank you. Will stay there again.
Pros: cleanness and free breakfast
Cons: The sound between rooms is not isolated very well. The quality of bedding could be better.
Pros: Facilities are very good. Breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Very clean! I would stay there in the future.
Pros: Staff's are very friendly, very clean. My 8 years old daughter like the swimming pool best.
Cons: When I was looking for this hotel through GPS from the airport, middle of the road on 64 my GPS says 'you have arrived your destination'. It was first time for me over there and was little hard time for me to find it out
Pros: We have stayed in several other motels nearby to the Elmira/Corning Fairfield Inn but this is the one we will return to! It was above and beyond our expectations in every way. We'll definitely be back! Thanks!
Cons: Everything was positive.
Pros: RE STAFF: The young woman overseeing breakfast was a delight. Shy but courteous, gracious and ever so welcoming. Convenient to restaurants etc.
Cons: SURROUNDINGS: Practically in a Walmart parking lot. Not elegant but fine.
Cons: out of the 3 days there was a spider on the bed 1st day and centipede second day in the room. I brought it to their notice and 3rd day it was fine :)
The staff was kind and courteous, as mentioned before, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. I loved this place and will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.
Pros: It was clean and cheerful. The bed was amazing - I slept perfectly the entire night.
Cons: Nothing - it was a great experience
Clean, convenient great beds. And awesome staff. Oh, and did I mention the staff? All the girls at the front desk and the Housekeeping girl were so, so accommodating. And so friendly !
Pros: The staff ! Jessica and Jessica, both of them, at the front desk were awesome. So much help in getting me moved when my a/c failed. Jessica #1 got me fans for until I could be moved, and they were a huge help.
Cons: Just that the a/c in my first room wasn't working. Otherwise an excellent choice and value.
Cons: The housekeeping staff was hardly accommodating for our comfort. For example: they knocked on the door and woke us up on the morning we were supposed to check out (the Do Not Disturb' sign was still hangingon the door hand, to find out if we already did.
This hotel is locate at the shopping center which is very convenient. Also it is easy to reach to Corning museum of glass and Finger lakes.
Pros: This is a very friendly hotel. The staff are very nice, the service is good. The bed is comfortable, the microwave and fridge is a big plus. We enjoy the free breakfast. We will certainly return in the future.
Pros: Easy access to and from highway, decent breakfast, friendly staff including cleaning crew
Cons: I was traveling with a small child under the age of 2, parked my car outside of the entrance next to my room. Unloaded him, bags and dinner only to not have my key card work at the door. Had to load him and everything back in car drive to front entrance only to find out they activated it for 1 night only when I had already paid for 2. Very frustrating. Definitely not a kid friendly place due to the extremely loud patrons in the hallway (mainly construction/oil workers from out of state)
Pros: Fast reception. Room was clean neat and comfortable
Cons: I didn't like that I stayed only one night
Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Dinner food was reasonably priced and the restaurant had a good variety.
Cons: Restaurant hours were very limited. Breakfast food was passable and restaurant service, in general, seemed disorganized. It was a busy weekend at the hotel and, at times, there was no one at the front desk! There should have been two people at the front desk on such a busy weekend.
Cons: No free Wifi unless you're a Hilton Honors member.
Pros: The location was good and everything about the stay was nice.
Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable bed (double queen room), breakfast juices were not watered down, nice pool, clean fitness center.
Cons: Room wasn't ready after have been Given key.
Pros: Breakfast was good and room was immaculate except it had only half a roll of toilet paper.
Cons: Your website said there was a hot tub and there wasnt anymore. Pool was too warm for mid summer.
Pros: Location. It was where we wanted yo be and restaurants were very convenient.
Cons: Price it cost what many 5 star hotels cost but did not have the extras or the quality of the amenities I expect from a 5 star hotel.
Pros: I cant say enough good things about this smaller place, but I very highly recommend a stay here if you find yourself in the area! The entire hotel was spotless, cozy, and very inviting, all members of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and all food provided was absolutely wonderful! Definitely highly recommended, and we will be staying here again when we are in the area. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
Pros: The staff and manager are attentive to the needs of the guests. Especially the ones that are handicapped. The rooms are great with ample room even in a wheelchair. The coziness of the front porch gives a warm inviting feeling.
Cons: Entering the building with a wheelchair was a challenge as there were no automatic doors or handicap assisted doors. The staff and manager more than made up for this as every time we entered or left they assisted us.
Pros: Good value - friendly staff. Had to leave before the breakfast was supposed to begin - was quite pleasantly surprised to see that everything was all set out 30 minutes early. Great start for the day!
Pros: Clean room, soft bed, hot water, friendly staff, and very quiet.
Cons: I was lead to believe there was a free continental breakfast. There was not! The pool closed at 9:00 pm, way too early since the young children and their parents monopolized the pool and in the morning the pool members were doing laps. So I paid for these amenities and didn't get them. It was not really within walking distance of restaurants or shopping, It was at the total other end of Elmira. Next time I go to visit my Daughter in Elmira, I will stay at a less expensive hotel with- out a pool, but with a free breakfast!

Pros: Seconds off the highway. Centrally located to Elmira-Corning-Ithaca. Restaurants, shopping centers, super market, nearby (some within walking distance). New TVs. Friendly staff.
Pros: rooms where clean, and hotel was quiet and looks like some effort has been put into updating the rooms
Cons: bathrooms very small, shower heads in showers are very low, towels are very stiff and non-absorbent. maintenance of rooms needs to be improved broken mirror, remote for dvd did not function, and fire doors on second floor were in the closed position and would not stay closed with magnetic closure.
Pros: The late night staff was friendly/helpful. breakfast was ok.
Cons: It could use updates. Everything looks old. Smells old. Bathrooms were super tight and shower heads were really low. Towels were old/super thin.
Pros: It was convenient, and the staff was nice
Cons: I booked a room with a King bed that was non-smoking. When I arrived, they had no non-smoking rooms with a King bed. I had to settle for two double beds, and they did not offer any compensation.

Enjoy amenities like fresh popcorn and baked cookies in the evenings, guest laundry facilities, fax services and truck, bus and R.V. parking. Guest rooms include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Cons: The shower stall was very dangerous. It wobbled. I had to steady my self leaning against the wall. It was like I was floating. The room was dirty. I will never stay there again. The$50 dollar rate was too much. I've stayed at places for less money and had better accomodations.
Pros: I liked NOTHING about it!!!
Cons: Poor motel!
12 cars in the parking lot at night and 36 to 48 rooms. No queen bed with non- smoking room. It is a dump!!! No renovations at the place for 6+ years.
How does it stay open??? It is a front for foreign illegal activities???
DO NOT STAY THERE!!!
Pros: The only good thing about this place is the close proximity to Watkins Glen.
Cons: Old, run-down, dirty and smelly.
Pros: Good location, great price
Cons: Room dated but clean. Restaurant closed and boarded.
Cons: The woman up front was rude and smelled like BO and cigarettes. Our room wasn't much better. I paid for a queen, was thrown in a double. Stains everywhere. The smell of cigarettes was so intense, but this was supposed to be their non-smokers side.
This place is absolutely disgusting.
Pros: This motel is old and not updated. It was clean enough and was okay for a one night stay.
Pros: You get what you pay for with this place. That's not a terrible thing. It's just a statement of fact. There was a Motel 6 less than a mile away but it cost nearly twice as much. The accommodations weren't bad by any means, just the least expensive available.
Cons: The mattress wasn't comfortable.
Cons: The Bed was uncomfortable. No water pressure in the shower. It was a nasty bathroom, mold in the tile grout. I didn't want to touch anything. Every time the heater came on, it made a loud clunk, so I didn't get any sleep at all. It was dirty and smelly and the WORST experience I've ever had in a hotel.
Cons: Very old building...got what you paid for
Cons: nothing good about any of it. Old, dirty, run-down. Not worth the money at any price.
Pros: It really was clean. And right off the interstate. And cheap.
Cons: "Breakfast include" (starting at 7) turned out to be coffee (none in room) and a prepackaged Honey Bun. At 7:30! : (
Pros: The price is about $20-40 less than local "name brand" alternatives. It was clean.
Cons: This place is old and musty. If you're familiar with Red Roof Inn, prepare to be disappointed. "Clean" is the only positive I feel comfortable sharing. If you can't afford a hotel that's bright and remotely modern (built/refurbished in the last 20 years), you'll be fine for a night.
