Pros (+) The grounds were very well kept and the staff was friendly.

Cons (-) We, unfortunately, were staying the night you were having electricity problems. The fire alarm went off twice and the fire department came twice and we had to evacuate. Electricity still did not come on. We were going to have to be relocated so we opted to just drive on home to Dallas and get a refund of our nights stay. Pros (+) The property was great, plenary of precaution due to the corona virus, staff was really nice.

Cons (-) The food at the restaurant, they did not have that much variety. And also was surprised with resort fees that were not included in the price I paid, when I asked at the front desk they told me that’s a fee they charge everyone else, the fee was $35 per night which they don’t tell you this until you check out. I didn’t like that, I travel a lot and this is the first time something like this happens...

Pros (+) The pool, yacht club beach & pool, and the shuttle service were awesome. The kids loved all of it, along with the smores out on the lawn. The pool-side and beach food/drink service was also much appreciated.

Cons (-) It was definitely pricey. It was comfortable and convenient, but you pay a lot for it. The room was nice, but standard issue hotel room.

Pros (+) Beautiful resort. We didn't get to use too many of the amenities because of the weather, but would like to come back.

Cons (-) Food was only mediocre, but at inflated resort prices. I was disappointed in the staff at the sports bar, Whitewater 360, who told me they did not have the game I was looking for, because they did not want to change any of the TVs. The bartender in the Lantana bar was very friendly and turned on the game and the sound for me.
