8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was awesome. Super clean. Exceptional staff. So nice every time we encountered.
Cons: Seems like more eateries are coming. Wish they were open when we visited. That was it. It was fantastic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the service and food in the sports bar, as well as the hot tub and heated pool! Putt Putt was a fun activity that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful grounds as well. The staff were friendly and very welcoming.
Cons: The fee for putt putt should've been included as part of the resort fee.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful for young families and grandparents to enjoy
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The pool, yacht club beach & pool, and the shuttle service were awesome. The kids loved all of it, along with the smores out on the lawn. The pool-side and beach food/drink service was also much appreciated.
Cons: It was definitely pricey. It was comfortable and convenient, but you pay a lot for it. The room was nice, but standard issue hotel room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff. Room was excellent but view not so good.
Cons: Room view was terrible.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were beautiful, a lot of pools of water and meandering paths.
Cons: I didn't think the room was worth that much. I will never pay that much for the hotel like this again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything Had a good time
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and cleanliness of the grounds.
Cons: Some costs were not included in the resort fee(s), such as mini golf. There was miscommunication on the costs for golf/cart fees.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful resort. We didn't get to use too many of the amenities because of the weather, but would like to come back.
Cons: Food was only mediocre, but at inflated resort prices. I was disappointed in the staff at the sports bar, Whitewater 360, who told me they did not have the game I was looking for, because they did not want to change any of the TVs. The bartender in the Lantana bar was very friendly and turned on the game and the sound for me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property with wonderful amenities. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Pros: We cant say enough good things about this Inn. Perfect location, right on the lake. Gorgeous views from the bedroom window. Chili's right next door. Amazing pool and hot tub. Our room was clean & comfortable. The bed was perfect. (I want that bedspread.........) The staff was so friendly! Breakfast was the best we've ever had from a hotel. The coffee they provide in the room was surprisingly good. Usually hotel/motel coffee isnt drinkable. This coffee was very very good. Neutrogena products in that bathroom. And a 24 hour snack bar with all kinds of goodies (including Hagen Daz/Ben & Jerry's ice cream) They also have shop in the lobby with necessities that you may have forgotten to pack for your trip (I forgot toothpaste). Check in/check out was easy peasy. Cant ask for better. Next time we're in Marble Falls, we will be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay.
Cons: There was nothing that we didnt like about this Inn.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was GREAT! The breakfast staff over the weekend was SO helpful, super friendly and just overall delightful.
Cons: The view. Our room overlooked the the porticochere at the front of the hotel so all we saw was a wall.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was acceptable and palatable.
Cons: This hotel is extremely 'dated' for a Hampton Inn. The value for the money is not there and not up to brand standard for Hampton Inn. Way overpriced for what you get.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Conveniet location, quiet.
Cons: No
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I appreciated the healthy bfast options: green juices, smoothies, yogurts. The lady helping at bfast was exceptionally nice. She chatted with everyone and made people feel welcome. She was especially attentive to my autistic daughter.
Cons: We would have liked an outdoor space to sit out and watch the lake view. The view from our room was a bare dirt patch with the lake beyond. The backyard of the hotel could use improvement. Maybe a patio and more landscaping.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location right on the lake and the pool and hot tub were very well kept and easy to access. Room had mini fridge and microwave, and I always like it when there is a little store area at the hotel to buy incidentals.
Cons: The rate was a little high, but it was a holiday weekend--so I know that happens. Expected a little more in the way of the breakfast. Received a sausage patty and egg fritata --condiments were ok. Lots of changes with the new protcols--understandable. Overall satisfied.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: did not have breakfast . The location was great had a beautiful view and the staff was awesome.
Cons: have nothing bad to say
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location/view
Cons: It was absolutely disgusting. From hairs and blood (a lot) on the sheets to filthy counters and an even worse bathroom. They absolutely need to fire their cleaning crew. I've never stayed in a dirtier room in my life
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: Our "river view room" was on the lowest level with people walking through the view five feet from our window on the way to the pool. Worst was that the room was under the dinning room with huge noise from above starting at very early morning.

Pros: Courteous staff. Nice price. Clean. Quiet.
Cons: Well for some reason our air conditioner wouldn’t stay on after the storm, this made the room hot and we were all sweating in our sleep, and it just kept cutting on and off like every 10-15 minutes, which broke my sleep. But this all happen on the last night we were there so.

6.0 Good
Pros: Truck parking and location.
Cons: Lack of amenities.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service was great. Staff was very friendly and professional.
Cons: Nothing other than some of the amenities were closed due to covid 19.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location was good. Property and room was clean and seemingly nee.
Cons: There were what seemed to be many people who just lived there. Most times when walking in the hall you could smell the weed like there were people smoking out. Nothing wring with that. I think that should be done outside if anything. All employees were always outside smoking cigarettes. I font know, I guess for me I figure anytime you’ve got to pay to stay somewhere for a night or two, you shouldn’t have to see or smell things like that. Thats what personal homes are for. Nit enough pillows and the bed was a bit firm. For the price, it was acceptable. We cut our stay from two nights to one. The staff was really nice and helpful. We were able to get refunded for the second night. They let you bring your pet in, so that was a bonus. Over all, we chose to pay less and we got what we oaid for. No coffee of cont. breakfast. I walked to the Store for that.
6.0 Good
Pros: The communication between front desk and employees could be better I asked specifically for no service because I've had bad experiences were housekeeping had stolen a bunch of my stuff at other places and I come in one day to see everything moved around and I immediately went to check for my stuff nothing was taken but they didn't relate to the staff that I didn't want any service they also need to make more room in their parking lot as I would leave and then come back and there would be no parking spaces left
Cons: Staff was very friendly and helpful the view is great the AC worked the room was very clean
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice. The hotel and room were clean
Cons: The bed! It was very uncomfortable. I barely slept.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was room clean.
Cons: Staff was very friendly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Well staffed
4.0 Okay
Pros: Had a bed to sleep in but nothing past that. Absolutely not a 3 star hotel. Holiday inn would have been the Waldorf historia compared.
Cons: The hotel had many issues. Designated smoking by entrances. Staff not dressed different than customers. There was a bandage from what looked like a bloody toe. The hair dryer was not in place. Room was very hot until middle of night. Ice machines empty.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: price
Cons: No breakfast, vending machines out of work, stinky carpet, trash in the hall outside of rooms, no towels or any hygiene supplies, stayed for 2 days and room was not fixed at all, no room service. We didn’t feel

Pros: The check in staff was very nice and made me feel like a quest. When we walked by the cleaning staff they were washing the floors with a hand towel. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable as well. The hotel is newer and updated.
Cons: The rooms were on the smallish side and not tons of storage area. It was fine though.

Pros: The woman who cleaned our room was totally honest. We had left a very valuable item in the room and she cleaned around it and didn't take it. It is hard to get honest employees anymore and I hope her employer takes good care of her.
Cons: Didn't have the handicapped room I had asked for and usually businesses will try to accommodate you to make the customer happy, but instead we were charged an extra $22 for a downstairs room which was considered an upgrade.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was big
Cons: Milk left in the fridge and hair in the bathtub - could have been cleaner.

Pros: Friendly, professional and efficient staff. The breakfast spread had sausage links and folded eggs plus some pastries, yogurt, fruit, and waffle maker. Coffee and juice selection were on spot. Room was clean. The location is right in the heart of town.
Cons: The AC was too loud. It hummed & rattled. The mattress was too hard. It had little padding ‘tween me & the innards. The chair was too soft. No one’s ever called me Goldilocks before, but I felt like I should keep one eye open for the 3 bea

Cons: None I could think of!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: For the price it was better than expected! Nice, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the pool, it is next to 281 however there is a privacy wall and hedges that made us feel comfortable. Good location, near parks, shopping and plenty of food choices. Breakfast provided was bag with prepackaged yogurt, muffin and granola bar due to COVID19. Not the best but they could have done nothing so it was nice effort on their part.

Pros: Rooms were very comfortable.
Cons: No
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast ~ they had a wonderful breakfast
Cons: sad to say there was cat/dog food left in the floor of the room and stains on the bedding...AC did not work properly and was a very noisy unit
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel is quite nice and sits just across the river in Marble Falls. The staff gave us stale pastry, yogurt and a graola bar in a sack for our breakfast. You could get coffee and juice but were not allowed to set down h the dining room. The staff at check in did not wear a mask. We check out our room and went to go swim. Mistake! Jacuzzi did not work and the floor was covered with dirt. We said, "Okay,, let's swim." Before we could walk two feet there were birds pooping into the fountain that feed the pool. Dead insects littered the area. I took the hint and returned to my room. I stopped to complain to the staff but she said, "Well, I would not doubt its dirty," They only clean it only Friday." Bad attitude,, filthy pool and packaged breakfast.
Cons: See above. I did not like much.

With a stay at Hill Country Inn Marble Falls in Marble Falls, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Marta Stafford Fine Art and Lakeside Park. Free self parking is available onsite.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The only convenience was the location.
Cons: My room flooded due to someone leaving the mini fridge open. Instead of them cleaning it up I was handed a map and towels. The ceilings were peeling paint. There was mold in most corners of the room. Lights bulbs were not all working. The bathroom was disgusting. I was not even offered another room when my room flooded and was blamed for the flood. I had left at 7:30 am and came back around 4:30 to find water all over my floor and my belongings. When confronted about it, nothing was done to make it right. I left that same day but they forced me to pay for the second night anyway. They only seemed to care about their profits and the fact that they couldn't "sell the room" instead of the quality of my stay!
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This place was run down with thugs. Seems every crackhead that was in marble falls was staying in that hotel...
7.0 Good
Pros: Located in the heart of Marble Falls & close to some great restaurants that Laurie, our excellent front desk lady, told us about. The A/C worked great! (temps were 110 average) If you're just looking for a place to sleep (not hang out) it's great.
Cons: The room hadn't been cleaned (dirty floors, hair in the tub, the sheets smelled like they'd been there awhile) and the tub was stopped up so that water stood several inches deep for hours after showers. Pool looked dirty enough that we never used it.
7.0 Good
Pros: Price

Pros: They had vacancy
Cons: The bath tub was dirty, the beds are very worn out, the sheets and blankets were all wrinkled—it made me questione if they had been changed prior to us. The breaksfast was a joke, I understand it’s complimentary but they had run out of everything and we had made it down there an hour before 9 when breakfast was over. The floors weee not clean in the room ...they needed to be swept and mopped.

Pros: The location and cleanliness of the grounds.
Cons: Some costs were not included in the resort fee(s), such as mini golf. There was miscommunication on the costs for golf/cart fees.
